Abstract

Koło jezdne zawiera tarczę nośną (1) oraz trwale osadzoną na tej tarczy (1) oponę (2). W tarczy (1) znajdują się otwory mocujące (3) do montażu koła na osi pojazdu. Opona (2) ma postać tarczowego korpusu (4) z tworzywa elastycznego o osi symetrii zgodnej z osią obrotu koła i zawiera część roboczą w postaci bieżnika (5). Korpus (4) ma postać okrągłej tarczy z zewnętrzną obwodową krawędzią (6) której jest pusty wewnątrz kołnierz (15) z tworzywa elastycznego. Wewnątrz kołnierza (15) znajduje się pusta przestrzeń z dnem, zawierającym tarczę nośną (1). Na obwodzie korpusu (4) opony znajdują się obwodowe kanały amortyzujące (7). Kołnierz (15) zawierający zewnętrzny bieżnik (5) jest zbieżny w kierunku do osi (A) obrotu koła jezdnego. Średnica zewnętrzna obwodu opony, mierzona w strefie korpusu (4), jest większa niż średnica kołnierza (15) mierzona w strefie wolnej krawędzi tego kołnierza (15).The road wheel includes a carrier disc (1) and a tire (2) permanently mounted on this disc (1). The tire (2) has the form of a disc body (4) made of an elastic material with the axis of symmetry consistent with the axis of rotation of the wheel and contains a working part in the form of a tread (5). The body (4) is in the form of a round disc with an outer circumferential edge (6) of which is a hollow flange (15) made of flexible material. Inside the flange (15) there is a hollow space with a bottom containing a support disc (1). On the circumference of the tire body (4) there are circumferential damping channels (7). The flange (15) containing the outer tread (5) is tapered towards the axis (A) of rotation of the road wheel. The outer diameter of the tire circumference, measured in the area of the body (4), is greater than the diameter of the flange (15) measured in the area of the free edge of this flange (15).
