Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania wypełniacza mineralno-szklanego, polega na tym, że do odpadu mineralno-szklanego o uziarnieniu od 0,1 do 15 µm i uwodnieniu 50%, dodaje się kwas siarkowy, a potem miesza się aż do uzyskania roztworu o wartości pH od 3 do 4, po czym do roztworu dodaje się 30% nadtlenek wodoru w ilości od 20 do 50 cm3 na 1 dm3 uzyskanej mieszaniny, laminarnie mieszając całość. Następnie mieszaninę odstawia się na 2 do 4 godzin, z kolei przemywa się ją wodą aż do uzyskania pH 5 do 6, po czym mieszaninę filtruje się i suszy.The method of producing mineral-glass filler is based on the fact that sulfuric acid is added to mineral-glass waste with a grain size of 0.1 to 15 µm and 50% hydration, and then mixed until a solution with a pH value of 3 to 4, then 30% hydrogen peroxide is added to the solution in an amount of 20 to 50 cm3 per 1 dm3 of the resulting mixture, laminatively mixing the whole. The mixture is allowed to stand for 2 to 4 hours, then washed with water until the pH is 5 to 6, after which the mixture is filtered and dried.
