Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest nowa pochodna bis(2,2'-bitienylo)metanu, obejmująca bis(2,2'-bitienylo)-(4-aminofenylo)metan oraz sposób jej wytwarzania, polegający na tym, że wyjściowy roztwór 2,2'-bisbitiofenu i 4-acetaminobenzaldehydu w glikolu etylenowym poddaje się reakcji z kwasem nadchlorowym, w temperaturze w zakresie od 40 do 90°C. Ponadto wynalazek dotyczy warstwy molekularnie wdrukowanego polimeru (MIP) za pomocą związków nitroaromatycznych oraz sposobu jej wytwarzania, obejmującego etapy: (a) przygotowuje się roztwór, zawierający bis(2,2'-bitienylo)-(4-aminofenylo)metan jako monomer funkcyjny, tris([2,2'-bitiofen]-5-ylo)metan jako monomer sieciujący i związek nitroaromatyczny (NT) jako szablon, w rozpuszczalniku lub mieszaninie rozpuszczalników, w którym powstaje kompleks pre-polimeryzacyjny typu ?-? podstawnika aminofenylowego monomeru funkcyjnego z pierścieniem aromatycznym związku nitroaromatycznego (NT), (b) otrzymany kompleks pre-polimeryzacyjny poddaje się elektropolimeryzacji, osadzając go na elektrodzie, jako warstwę molekularnie wdrukowanego polimeru z wdrukowanym szablonem związku nitroaromatycznego (MIP-NT), (c) wdrukowany, w etapie (b), szablon związku nitroaromatycznego (NT) wyekstrahowuje się z tej warstwy MIP-NT, w wyniku czego powstaje warstwa MIP z nieobsadzonymi wdrukowanymi wnękami molekularnymi. Wynalazek dotyczy też zastosowania tej warstwy wdrukowanego polimeru, jako elementu rozpoznającego czujnika chemicznego do selektywnego wykrywania i oznaczania związków nitroaromatycznych, zwłaszcza takich jak 2,4,6-trinitrofenol (TNP), 2,4,6-trinitrotoluen (TNT), 1,3,5-trinitrobenzen (TNB) i 2,4-dinitrotoluen (DNT).
