Zewnętrzna część (1) jest zakończona grotem (2) o kącie wierzchołkowym alfa, który styka się punktowo w wierzchołku (A) z powierzchnią wewnętrzną (4) części (3) środkowej, przy czym kąt rozwarcia beta jest większy od kąta wierzchołkowego alfa.
