Abstract

Sposób poprawy jakości suszenia paliw stałych, zwłaszcza w układzie elektrowni wykorzystującej spalanie tlenowe (oxy-fuel), polega na tym, że integruje się co najmniej dwie siłownie, przy czym jedna zasilana jest paliwem stałym, a druga gazowym, korzystnie integruje się układ spalający paliwo stałe w atmosferze modyfikowanej tlenem z układem spalającym paliwo gazowe w atmosferze modyfikowanej tlenem poprzez wykorzystanie azotu odpadowego, wytwarzanego w tlenowni (5) do podsuszania paliwa stałego, przy czym integracja obu układów następuje również po stronie obiegu parowego (4) tak, że układ wykorzystujący paliwo gazowe i układ wykorzystujący paliwo stałe posiadają połączenia do jednego układu parowego (4), przy czym układ separacji powietrza na składniki - tlenownia (5) dostarcza tlenu technicznego do procesu spalania paliwa stałego i procesu spalania paliwa gazowego, przy tym zwiększoną na skutek integracji obu procesów spalania ilość azotu odpadowego z tlenowni kieruje się do suszarki paliwa stałego (9), a ciepło odpadowe z układów osuszania i sprężania spalin (3, 7) kieruje się i wykorzystuje się do podgrzewania azotu (8) przed jego wprowadzeniem do suszarki paliwa stałego(9).The method of improving the quality of solid fuel drying, especially in a power plant system using oxy-fuel combustion, consists in integrating at least two power plants, one of which is powered by solid fuel and the other by gas, preferably by integrating the fuel burning system. solid fuel in an oxygen-modified atmosphere with a system burning gaseous fuel in an oxygen-modified atmosphere by using waste nitrogen produced in the oxygen plant (5) to pre-dry the solid fuel, and the integration of both systems also takes place on the side of the steam cycle (4) so that the system using the fuel gas and the system using solid fuel have connections to one steam system (4), and the system for separating air into components - oxygen plant (5) provides technical oxygen for the solid fuel combustion process and the gas fuel combustion process, increased as a result of the integration of both processes combustion, the amount of waste nitrogen from the oxygen plant is directed to the solid fuel dryer (9), and the waste heat from the exhaust gas drying and compression systems (3, 7) is directed and used to heat nitrogen (8) before its introduction to the solid fuel dryer (9 ).
