Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania 3',5,7,8-tetrahydroksy-4'-metoksyflawanonu, o wzorze 2. Sposób polega na tym, że substrat, którym jest hespertyna poddaje się biotransformacji, przy użyciu systemu enzymatycznego grzybów z gatunków Rhodotorula marina. Otrzymany związek jest biologicznie czynny i może mieć zastosowanie w przemyśle spożywczym i farmaceutycznym.The invention concerns a method for producing 3',5,7,8-tetrahydroxy-4'-methoxyflavanone, formula 2. The method consists in the substrate, which is hespertin, being biotransformed using the enzymatic system of fungi from the Rhodotorula marina species. The obtained compound is biologically active and can be used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
