Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest modułowa płyta okładzinowa, przeznaczona jako geometryczna kształtka budowlana lub jako gotowa licowana płyta okładzinowa stosowana w budownictwie. Modułowa, płyta okładzinowa charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi ją kształtka z masy. (1), zawierająca, w stosunku do całej masy, do 5% włókniny szklanej (2) osadzonej obustronnie w płycie, oraz do 40% tlenku magnezu, do 30% chlorku magnezu, do 30% siarczanu magnezu, do 3% węglanu miedzi, do 3% toluenu, do 3% sadzy technicznej, do 3% tlenku żelaza, do 10% perlitu, do 20% popiołu dymnicowego, do 10% włókna węglowego, do 10% włókien poliestrowych, do 10% włókien aramidowych, do 10% krzemianu i do 10% węglanu sodu i do 20% żużla paleniskowego i barwnik. The subject of the invention is also a method of obtaining a modular cladding panel, divided into two mixing phases, where in the first phase magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, magnesium sulphate, dye, copper carbonate, toluene, carbon black, iron oxide are mixed in the first phase, mixing takes place in mixer at a speed of 50 rpm and a temperature of 10 ° C, for a period of 15 minutes, followed by the second phase of mixing perlite, smoke ash, fraction of furnace slag, polyester non-woven fabric, silicate aramid non-woven fabric and sodium carbonate at a temperature of up to 80 ° C The mixing is carried out until a uniform color of the mass is obtained, after which the mass is formed in molds, and after initial hardening, the formed plate is seasoned for a period of 24 hours at an ambient temperature not lower than 10 ° C.
