Abstract

Orteza reciprokalna ze wspomaganiem mechatronicznym, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawierający cięgno (1) i wzmocnienie tylne (2) kosz biodrowy (3), wyposażony w taśmę stabilizującą (4), jest połączony obrotowo, poprzez usytuowane po obu stronach ortezy, zamki biodrowe (7) z łuskami udowymi (8), które są połączone przegubowo z łuskami podudzia (10) poprzez ryglowany zamek kolanowy (9), natomiast łuski podudzia (10) są połączone poprzez przegub stawu skokowego (13) z łuskami stopowymi (12), wyposażonymi w zespolone elektrycznie ze sterownikiem (6), czujniki kontaktowe ruchu, przy czym pomiędzy koszem biodrowym (3) a łuską udową (8) umieszczony jest z jednej strony siłownik elektryczny (5), natomiast korzystnie z drugiej strony kosza biodrowego (3) zamocowany jest sterownik (6) z akumulatorem zasilającym.
