Abstract

Sposób nakładania okładziny zewnętrznej na profile PVC, polega na tym, że w procesie ekstruzji prowadzonym w ekstruderze, za głównym ustnikiem (23), a przed kalibratorami (50), dokłada się co najmniej jedną folię PVC (32) o określonej kolorystyce i rozwijaną z co najmniej jednej rolki (31), i którą poprzez dociskanie co najmniej jednym cylindrem wkleja się do profilu (10) przemieszczającego się od ustnika (23) wzdłuż podłużnej osi (11) profilu (10), co najmniej jedną folię (32) dociska się za pomocą zestawu cylindrów zawierającego co najmniej cylinder główny (41) umieszczony na wałku głównym i cylinder pomocniczy (46) umieszczony na wałku pomocniczym, umieszczone jeden za drugim za głównym ustnikiem (23), a przed kalibratorami (50), których zewnętrzne cylindryczne powierzchnie mają różną teksturę przejawiającą się we wgłębieniach i wierzchołkach, i które we fragmentach zewnętrznych cylindrycznych powierzchni stykających się z folią (32) o określonej kolorystyce przemieszcza się względem siebie poprzecznie do osi podłużnej (11) profilu (10) co najmniej po wykonaniu pełnego obrotu cylindra głównego (41) i/lub cylindra pomocniczego (46), wytwarzając niepowtarzającą się sekwencję wgłębień i wierzchołków na powierzchni profilu (10) podczas przemieszczania się profilu (10) wzdłuż jego osi podłużnej (11) wskutek dociskania folii do profilu za pomocą zestawu cylindrów zawierających co najmniej cylinder główny (41) i cylinder pomocniczy (46).
