Abstract
Sposób otrzymywania ceramicznych materiałów budowlanych, zawierających popioły lotne pochodzące ze spalania węgla kamiennego w kotłach konwencjonalnych, polega na przygotowaniu zestawu surowcowego zawierającego składniki ilaste w ilości 10-90% wagowych oraz dodatki w ilości 10-40% wagowych stanowiących topniki i/lub składniki schudzające lub materiały kwarcowe i/lub kwarcowo - skaleniowe, a następnie zmieleniu go i/lub wymieszaniu, uformowaniu kształtek, wysuszeniu oraz wypaleniu. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że z popiołów lotnych wydziela się sposobem pneumatycznym lub pneumatyczno - mechanicznym co najmniej dwie frakcje ziarnowe: drobną, o wielkości ziaren poniżej 100 µm i o stratach prażenia 2-11% wagowych oraz grubszą, o wielkości ziaren do 1000 µm i o stratach prażenia poniżej 1% wagowego, po czym do zestawu surowcowego na wyroby o porowatości czerepu 8-20% wprowadza się drobną frakcję w ilości 5-25% wagowych, w miejsce topników i/lub materiałów kwarcowych i/lub kwarcowo - skaleniowych oraz grubszą frakcję w ilości 5-100% wagowych, w miejsce składników schudzających.
