Abstract

Kompozycja składa się z kauczuku silikonowego, zawierającego elastomer metylowinylosilikonowy oraz pirogeniczną krzemionkę o powierzchni właściwej 120-380 m2/g, z fazy mineralnej, zawierającej wollastonit oraz składnik wybrany z grupy obejmującej kwarc, tlenek magnezu i dwutlenek tytanu, z katalizatora platynowego i środka sieciującego w postaci nadtlenku. Kompozycja charakteryzuje się tym, że na 100 części wagowych elastomeru metylowinylosilikonowego o masie cząsteczkowej 400000-740000 i zawartości grup winylowych 0,01-0,5% wagowych przypada 0,5-10 części wagowych niskocząsteczkowego α, ω - dihydroksysiloksanu oraz 22-55 części wagowych pirogenicznej krzemionki, natomiast na 100 części wagowych kauczuku silikonowego o gęstości 1,081-1,193 g/cm3 przypada 18-55 części wagowych fazy mineralnej, składającej się z wollastonitu lub mieszaniny wollastonitu i kwarcu, przy czym ilość wollastonitu w mieszaninie jest większa niż 20% wagowych, zaś ilość katalizatora platynowego wynosi 10-250 ppm, w przeliczeniu na czystą platynę.
