Kompozycja do podawania doustnego zawiera ekstrakt z owoców borówki czernicy w ilości 90-98% wag., rutynę w ilości 1-5% wag., trokserutynę w ilości 1-5% wag., a ponadto zawiera co najmniej jeden składnik wybrany z grupy zawierającej: witaminę C, w ilości 5-15% wag., witaminę E w ilości 1-5% wag., sól cynku w ilości 1-5% wag. w przeliczeniu na cynk, witaminę B6 w ilości 0,1-2% wag. i witaminę B2 w ilości 0,1-2% wag., gdzie udział składników dodatkowych jest podany w stosunku do łącznej masy ekstraktu z borówki czernicy, rutyny i trokserutyny, przy czym zawartość antocyjanów w ekstrakcie z owoców borówki czernicy zawiera się w przedziale 20-30%, a dzienna dawka kompozycji zawiera od 99 do 600 mg antocyjanów.The composition for oral administration contains blueberry fruit extract in an amount of 90-98% by weight, routine in an amount of 1-5% by weight, troxerutin in an amount of 1-5% by weight, and furthermore contains at least one ingredient selected from the group consisting of : vitamin C in an amount of 5-15% by weight, vitamin E in an amount of 1-5% by weight, zinc salt in an amount of 1-5% by weight calculated as zinc, vitamin B6 in an amount of 0.1-2 wt. and vitamin B2 in an amount of 0.1-2% by weight, where the proportion of additional ingredients is given in relation to the total weight of blueberry, blueberry, routine and troxerutin extract, the anthocyanin content of blueberry blueberry extract being in the range of 20 30%, and the daily dose of the composition contains from 99 to 600 mg of anthocyanins.
