Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wykonania ramy urządzenia do krioterapii, to znaczy urządzenia do przeprowadzania zabiegów leczniczych i terapeutycznych z wykorzystaniem bardzo niskich temperatur. Sposób wykonania ramy urządzenia do krioterapii, zawierającego zbiornik z ciekłym azotem, usytuowany na podstawie stanowiącej przestrzenną ramę z elementów metalowych, polega na tym, że: - wyznacza się na jednym arkuszu materiału zewnętrzny kształt ramy dolnej (3), stanowiącej część ramy (2) urządzenia do krioterapii (1), - wyznacza się punkty mocowania (5) kół jezdnych (5a) w ramie dolnej (3), - wyznacza się wewnętrzny kształt ramy dolnej (3), odpowiadający kształtowi zewnętrznemu ramy górnej (4), stanowiącej część ramy (2) urządzenia do krioterapii (1) tak, że odległość punktów kształtu wewnętrznego ramy dolnej (3) i odległość punktów kształtu zewnętrznego ramy górnej (4) od teoretycznej osi obrotu, ramy dolnej (3) i ramy górnej (4) jest zmienna, - wyznacza się kształt wewnętrzny ramy górnej (4), - wycina się ramę dolną (3) i ramę górną (4), - unosi się i obraca się ramę górną (4) względem ramy dolnej (3) tak, że co najmniej dwa punkty pierwsze (7) ramy górnej (4) i co najmniej dwa punkty drugiej ramy dolnej (3) znajdują się nad sobą i - łączy się ze sobą ramę górną (4) i ramę dolną (3) w punktach drugich ramy dolnej (3) i punktach pierwszych (7) ramy górnej (4).The subject of the invention is a method of making the frame of a cryotherapy device, i.e. a device for performing therapeutic and therapeutic procedures using very low temperatures. The method of making the frame of the cryotherapy device, containing the liquid nitrogen tank, located on the base of a spatial frame of metal elements, consists in: - the external shape of the lower frame (3) being part of the frame (2) is marked on one sheet of material cryotherapy devices (1), - fixing points (5) of the road wheels (5a) in the lower frame (3) are determined, - the internal shape of the lower frame (3) is determined, corresponding to the external shape of the upper frame (4), which is part of the frame (2) cryotherapy devices (1) so that the distance of the points of the inner shape of the lower frame (3) and the distance of the points of the outer shape of the upper frame (4) from the theoretical axis of rotation, the lower frame (3) and the upper frame (4) is variable, - the internal shape of the upper frame (4) is determined, - the lower frame (3) and the upper frame (4) are cut out, - the upper frame (4) rises and turns relative to the lower frame (3) so that at most less than two first points (7) of the upper frame (4) and at least two points of the second lower frame (3) are above each other and - the upper frame (4) and the lower frame (3) are joined together at the second points of the lower frame ( 3) and first points (7) of the upper frame (4).
