Wynalazek rozwiazuje problem otrzymania cementu bezskurczowego. Sposób jego otrzymywania polega na tym, ze do cementu portlandzkiego CEM I w ilosci od 76 do 90% wagowych, wprowadza sie cement glinowy, w ilosci od 0 do 6% wagowych zawierajacy fazy glinowe takie jak glinian jednowapniowy - CA i majenit - C12A7 oraz odpadowy popiól lotny nierozfrakcjonowany w ilosci od 8,5 do 24% wagowych lub frakcje o uziarnieniu 0-30 ?m w ilosci od 15 do 24% wagowych lub frakcje o uziarnieniu 30-100 ?m w ilosci od 15 do 24% wagowych, otrzymany przy spalaniu wegla brunatnego i zawierajacy glinosiarczan wapnia (C4A3?), rozpuszczalny anhydryt (CaSO4), reaktywne tlenki takie jak: hematyt (Fe2O3), tlenek glinu (Al2O3) i krzemionke (SiO2).
