Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest skrzynia ładunkowa pojazdu ciężarowego, przy czym konstrukcję ładunkowej skrzyni (1) stanowią dolna płyta (2) z dwiema przeciwległymi belkami (3) oraz boczne ścianki (4). Powierzchnia przekroju poprzecznego, wyznaczona przez obrys zewnętrzny belki (3) na końcu ładunkowej skrzyni (1) (powierzchnia przekroju P1), jest większa, niż na początku ładunkowej skrzyni (1) (powierzchnia przekroju P2), przy czym przekrój ten ulega stopniowemu zmniejszeniu. Korzystne jest spełnienie warunku P1>P2 poprzez zmianę szerokości belki (3), to znaczy spełnienie warunku: "a">"c", gdzie "a" oznacza szerokość belki (3) na końcu ładunkowej skrzyni (1), zaś "c" - oznacza szerokość belki (3) na początku ładunkowej skrzyni (1). Natomiast odległość "b" pomiędzy belkami (3) na końcu ładunkowej skrzyni (1) jest mniejsza lub równa odległości "d" między belkami (3) na jej początku. Wzdłużne belki (3) łączone są ze sobą poprzecznymi wzmocnieniami (5). Przednia burta (6) ładunkowej skrzyni (1) jest zamontowana na stałe, natomiast j ej tylna burta (7) jest uchylna.The subject of the invention is a load box of a heavy vehicle, the structure of the load box (1) being the bottom plate (2) with two opposite beams (3) and the side walls (4). The cross-sectional area, defined by the outer contour of the beam (3) at the end of the loading box (1) (cross-sectional area P1), is greater than at the beginning of the loading box (1) (cross-sectional area P2), the cross-section is gradually reduced. It is beneficial to meet the condition P1> P2 by changing the beam width (3), i.e. to meet the condition: "a"> "c", where "a" means the width of the beam (3) at the end of the loading platform (1) and "c" - means the beam width (3) at the beginning of the loading platform (1). However, the distance "b" between the beams (3) at the end of the loading platform (1) is less than or equal to the distance "d" between the beams (3) at its beginning. The longitudinal beams (3) are connected with transverse reinforcements (5). The front side (6) of the load box (1) is permanently mounted, while the rear side (7) is hinged.
