Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania podkładów okładzin podłogowych. Wynalazek ma zastosowanie przy produkcji wielometrowych zwijanych w role podkładów dla różnego rodzaju okładzin podłogowych. Sposób wytwarzania podkładów okładzin podłogowych polega na mieszaniu ze sobą w fazie początkowej procesu wypełniacza i środka wiążącego, przez co uzyskuje się masę do dalszej obróbki, którą wyrównuje się podczas tej obróbki w kierunku wzdłużnym i poprzecznym raklem. Proces zestalania odbywa się nieoczekiwanie w wysokiej temperaturze, gdzie wysoka temperatura nie przekracza 100 st.C, korzystnie nie przekracza 70 st.C. Poprzedzony jest procesem mieszania składników masy nieoczekiwanie w niskiej temperaturze stanowiącej temperaturę otoczenia. Środkiem wiążącym jest płynny związek, korzystnie akryl lub poliuretan, który po wymieszaniu z wypełniaczem tworzy masę, którą wylewa się na cienki nośnik foliowy. Proces zestalania w wysokiej temperaturze od procesu mieszania rozdzielony jest procesem formowania raklem. Nośnik foliowy napręża się.
