Abstract

Dzialo pneumatyczne zwlaszcza do badania odpornosci obiektów w testach zderzeniowych, zawiera lufe (1), która sklada sie z jednego albo kilku segmentów rurowych (2, 3, 4), korzystnie z trzech, polaczonych kolnierzami (5) za pomoca srub (6). Na jednym koncu lufy (1) znajduje sie port ladowania (7), który umozliwia umieszczenie miotanego ladunku (8) w przewodzie lufy (1), po podniesieniu pokrywy (9). Na drugim koncu lufy (1) mozna zainstalowac tlumik odrzutu z urzadzeniem wylotowym. Port ladowania (7) drugim koncem jest polaczony z pneumatycznym mechanizmem spustowym (12), zawierajacym ruchomy, przesuwny zamek oraz amortyzator umieszczone wewnatrz korpusu mechanizmu spustowego (12). Zespól lufy (1), portu ladowania (7) oraz mechanizmu spustowego (12) posadowiony jest na kilku podporach (15), przymocowanych do ramy nosnej (16), dociskajacych cylinder lufy (1) do pólkolistego gniazda podpory (15) za pomoca pólkolistej obejmy (17). Do ramy nosnej (16) sa zamocowane akumulatory cisnienia (18), korzystnie dwa akumulatory cisnienia (18), usytuowane symetrycznie po obu stronach urzadzenia, z których kazdy jest polaczony rurowymi przewodami (19), korzystnie dwoma, z korpusem mechanizmu spustowego (12) i ma zawór kulowy sterowany mechanizmem (21) z napedem recznym albo elektrycznym albo pneumatycznym. The charging port (7) is connected to the pneumatic trigger mechanism (12) with a movable, sliding lock and shock absorber located inside the body of the trigger mechanism (12). The barrel (1), loading port (7) and trigger mechanism (12) assembly is placed on several supports (15), attached to the support frame (16), pressing the barrel cylinder (1) to the semi-circular support socket (15) by means of a semi-circular clamps (17). Pressure accumulators (18), preferably two pressure accumulators (18) are attached to the support frame (16), symmetrically located on both sides of the device, each of which is connected by tubular lines (19), preferably two, to the trigger mechanism body (12) and has a ball valve controlled by a mechanism (21) with manual or electric or pneumatic drive. A front cover (27) is also attached to the frame (16) of the device, and the support frame (16) is covered with sheet metal, forming with the frame (16) a platform on which the compressor is located, connected to the dryer, which in pneumatic system can be omitted. The pneumatic system cables also allow the pressure accumulators (18) to be supplied by means of a compressor through a dryer. The support frame (16) of the device is supported by a set of anti-vibration insulators (29) attached to the flat bar (28) mounted in the lower part of the frame (16). The pneumatic system conduits are equipped with a port for connecting a compressed gas cylinder when the pressure accumulators (18) are charged using a medium other than atmospheric air. The pneumatic gun can be placed on the ground by means of a track, which consists of two rails, attached to the sleepers, set on the ground, and between the rails and the flat plate 28 of the support frame (16) there are rollers enabling the frame (16) to roll over the rails. The support frame (16) is connected by means of hydraulic mufflers and pneumatic cylinders with a crossbeam, attached to both rails.
