Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania pianek poliuretanowych z wykorzystaniem protonowych amoniowych cieczy jonowych z anionem alkilokarboksylowym jako katalizatorów reakcji polimeryzacji izocyjanianów i polioli. Sposób wytwarzania pianek poliuretanowych z wykorzystaniem protonowych amoniowych cieczy jonowych z anionem alkilokarboksylowym jako katalizatorów, gdzie substancje aktywna katalitycznie stanowia ciecze jonowe o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R1 oznacza podstawnik alkilowy, nierozgaleziony zawierajacy od 1 do 20 atomów wegla lub podstawnik benzylowy lub izopropylowy lub tert-butylowy, a R2 oznacza proton lub podstawnik alkilowy nierozgaleziony zawierajacy od 1 do 5 atomów wegla. Drugi sposób wytwarzania pianek poliuretanowych polega na tym, ze do od 5 do 30 czesci wagowych izocyjanianów, korzystnie 15, dodaje sie przy ciaglym mieszaniu w temperaturze 278 K do 313 K, od 15 do 55 czesci wagowych triolu polioksypropylenowego, korzystnie 25 oraz od 1 do 2 czesci wagowych wody, korzystnie 1 oraz od 1 do 4, korzystnie 2 czesci wagowych katalizatora.The present invention relates to a process for producing polyurethane foams using proton ammonium ionic liquids with an alkyl carboxyl anion as catalysts for the polymerization of isocyanates and polyols. A method of producing polyurethane foams using proton ammonium ionic liquids with an alkylcarboxylic anion as catalysts, where the catalytically active substance is ionic liquids of general formula 1, wherein R1 is an alkyl, unresolved alkyl substituent containing from 1 to 20 carbon atoms or a benzyl or isopropyl substituent or tert -butyl and R2 is a proton or unbranched alkyl substituent containing from 1 to 5 carbon atoms. The second method for producing polyurethane foams is that up to 5 to 30 parts by weight of isocyanates, preferably 15, are added with continuous mixing at a temperature of 278 K to 313 K, 15 to 55 parts by weight of polyoxypropylene triol, preferably 25 and from 1 to 2 parts by weight of water, preferably 1 and from 1 to 4, preferably 2 parts by weight of catalyst.
