Abstract

Sposób leczenia otylosci i nadwagi oraz choroby refleksowej zoladkowo-przelykowej (GERD) polega na tym, ze komórki macierzyste i regeneracyjne wyodrebnione z wlasnej tkanki tluszczowej (ADRC - Adipose Derived Regenerative Cells) wstrzykuje sie w tkanke podsluzowa lub miesniowa, zoladka w okolicach wpustu i dna zoladka. Wyodrebnione komórki ADRC podaje sie w procedurach endoskopowych lub chirurgicznych otwartych lub laparoskopowych. Wyodrebnione komórki ADRC wzbogaca sie dodatkiem graftu tluszczowego w ilosci minimum 5 ml i nie wiecej niz 25 ml. Sposób stanowi uzupelnienie innych procedur bariatrycznych ograniczajacych wielkosc zoladka, jak regulowana opaska zoladkowa, czesciowa resekcja rekawowa zoladka lub wypelniajacych zoladek, jak implanty wewnatrzzoladkowe lub wplywajacych na motoryke albo wywolanie uczucia sytosci poprzez elektrostymulacje (neurostymulatory).
