Abstract
The method of building cyclones and anticyclones consists in pumping air from the friction layer, or from the layers of low or even medium ceiling, into the preferably higher layer of the atmosphere to obtain the dew point through a pump (2) placed on the surface of the earth (1) or water, or mounted on airship (4) or other carrier, with or without water supply, preferably forcing air into the pressure pipe (3) mounted on the air pump, supported by at least one airship (4) or other carrier, maintained at a favorable angle and at an appropriate height. On the opposite side there is a nozzle that regulates the air supply. Advantageously, a higher pressure and temperature can be maintained in the pipe (3) in order to obtain a valley wind or free pumping effect to the outside without maintaining a higher pressure and temperature. Thanks to the adjustable nozzle and the regulated operation of the air pump (2) impeller, higher pressure and temperature are maintained by the controlling computer. The operation of the computer is controlled by at least one temperature sensor and at least one pressure sensor mounted in the discharge pipe (3). The method also involves pumping air from the upper layers of the atmosphere, and even the stratosphere, into the friction layer or into the cloud layer of low or even medium ceiling, through a pump (2) mounted on the surface (1) of the ground or water, or mounted on an airship (4). . In this system, the pump (2) sucks air from the suction pipe (3), and a preferably lower pressure and temperature is maintained in it in order to create the effect of a mountain wind outside. For this purpose, the suction pipe must be kept at a favorable angle. On the other side there is a nozzle with an adjustable through-section. Maintaining a favorable negative pressure in the suction pipe (3) is controlled by the computer by controlling the rotational speed of the pump turbine rotor (2). The computer's operation is controlled by at least one temperature sensor and at least one pressure sensor mounted in the suction pipe (3).
