Abstract
Oporowy element grzejny, korzystnie w postaci prostopadloscianu, zawierajacy przelotowe otwory usytuowane równolegle do siebie, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zewnetrzne scianki elementu, stykajace sie z zaciskami (4) doprowadzajacymi prad elektryczny, posiadaja wieksza grubosc niz pozostale scianki elementu. Grubosc scianek zewnetrznych, do których doprowadzany jest prad elektryczny, stanowi 1,25 do 3 grubosci pozostalych scianek. Zewnetrzne scianki elementu, stykajace sie z zaciskami (4) doprowadzajacymi prad elektryczny, zawieraja powloke (P) dobrze przewodzaca prad, korzystnie z metalu. Oporowy element, wedlug wynalazku zbudowany jest z kompozytu zawierajacego grafit oraz mineral ilasty, korzystnie kaolin.The resistance heating element, preferably in the form of a cuboid, containing through holes located parallel to each other, is characterized by the fact that the outer walls of the element, which are in contact with the terminals (4) supplying electric current, are thicker than the other walls of the element. The thickness of the outer walls to which the electric current is supplied is 1.25 to 3 the thickness of the remaining walls. The outer walls of the element, which are in contact with the terminals (4) supplying electric current, contain a coating (P) that is well conductive, preferably of metal. The resistance element according to the invention is made of a composite containing graphite and clay mineral, preferably kaolin.
