Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z pokrywka przedstawiony na rysunku. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia pojemnik z pokrywka w widoku perspektywicznym wzdluznym, fig. 2 - pojemnik z nalozona pokrywka w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - pojemnik z nalozona pokrywka w widoku perspektywicznym poprzecznym fig. 4 - pojemnik z pokrywka w widoku perspektywicznym poprzecznym, fig. 5 - pojemnik z nalozona pokrywka w widoku z boku, zas fig. 6 przedstawia pojemnik z nalozona pokrywka w widoku z przodu. Cecha istotna przedmiotowego pojemnika z pokrywka jest jego odmienny ksztalt, rózniacy sie od dotychczas znanych rozwiazan. Pojemnik ma w widoku z góry ksztalt wynikajacy z plynnego lukowego polaczenia dwóch kól, których srodki sa oddalone od siebie o odleglosc mniejsza od ich srednicy, przy czym zarówno podstawa pojemnika jak i jego pokrywka maja plaska powierzchnie z dwoma sferycznymi wzniesieniami, umieszczonymi na ich osi wzdluznej, które sa przesuniete od srodków kól w kierunku kolnierzowego obrzeza. Plaska powierzchnia pokrywki pojemnika przechodzi malym lukiem w zasadniczo prostopadla do niej czescobwodowa. Sciany boczne pojemnika wychodza lagodnym lukiem z podstawy i rozszerzaja sie lekko ku górze tworzac czesc kolnierzowa, odpowiadajaca ksztaltem wewnetrznej obwodowej czesci pokrywki. Obwodowa zewnetrzna czesc pokrywki ma obwodowe zgrubienie wykonane w dolnej czesci obrzeza, które miejscowo przechodzi lagodnym lukiem w zewnetrzny, boczny zaczep o ksztalcie odcinka kola umieszczony na wypuklej czesci lukowej pod katem okolo 45° wzgledem podluznej osi pokrywki. Obwodowa zewnetrzna czesc pokrywki ma ponadto liniowe wglebienia umieszczone posrodku swej wkleslej czesci lukowej. Obudowa z pokrywka sa wykonane z przezroczystego materialu. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal perspective view of the container with the lid on, Fig. 2 shows a top view of the container with the lid on, Fig. 3 shows a transverse perspective view of the container with the lid on, Fig. 4 shows a transverse perspective view of the container with the lid on, Fig. 5 shows a side view of the container with the lid on, and Fig. 6 shows a front view of the container with the lid on. A significant feature of the container with the lid is its distinct shape, which differs from previously known solutions. The container has a top view shape resulting from the smooth arc-shaped connection of two circles whose centers are spaced apart by a distance less than their diameters, wherein both the container base and its lid have a flat surface with two spherical elevations, located on their longitudinal axes, which are offset from the centers of the circles towards the flange-like rim. The flat surface of the container lid merges with a small arc into a circumferential portion substantially perpendicular thereto. The side walls of the container extend from the base in a gentle arc and flare slightly upward, forming a flange-like portion corresponding in shape to the inner circumferential portion of the lid. The peripheral outer part of the lid has a peripheral thickening formed in the lower part of the rim, which locally transitions with a gentle arc into an external, lateral hook in the shape of a circular segment placed on the convex arc part at an angle of approximately 45° to the longitudinal axis of the lid. The peripheral outer part of the lid also has linear recesses placed in the center of its concave arc part. The housing and lid are made of a transparent material. Look-O-Look International B.Y.
