Abstract
Sklad i sposób wytwarzania superaktywnego dimetalocyjankowego katalizatora oksyalkilenowania (oksyetylenowania i oksypropylenowania), w szczególnosci w postaci amorficznej, z wykorzystaniem chlorku kobaltu(II), cyjanku potasu oraz chlorku cynku i tert-butanolu jako ligandu organicznego, stanowiacy zlozona wielordzeniowa sól, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: otrzymywany jest katalizator o wzorze ogólnym: Zn3 [Co(CN)6] . aZnCl2 . bZn(CN)2 . ct-BuOH, który zawiera zwiazany koordynacyjnie konstytucyjny cyjanek cynku, oraz produkt przemiany chlorku kobaltu(II) do cyjanku kobaltu(II) i soli kompleksowej heksacyjanokobaltanu(II) potasu a nastepnie do heksacyjanokobaltanu(III) potasu oraz ostatecznie do heksacyjanokobaltanu(III)cynku, przeprowadza sie w pierwotnym roztworze wodnym, bez wydzielania i oczyszczania produktów posrednich, gdzie stosunek molowy cyjanku potasu do chlorku kobaltu(II) jest wiekszy od stosunku stechiometrycznego reakcji, najkorzystniej wynoszacy 6,5÷7,0 do 1, oraz stosowany jest dodatek flokulanta z grupy polielektrolitów, w szczególnosci 0,5%-2% roztwór wodny poliamidu kwasu akrylowego, umozliwiajacy wydzielenie z roztworu wodnego sflokulowanego osadu katalizatora.
