Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest mineralno-organiczny preparat paszowy, zwlaszcza dla drobiu, który zawiera od 36 do 52% masowych fitoproduktu, w postaci soku lub miazgi z zyworódki (Kalanchoe) utrwalonych gliceryna, od 15 do 47% masowych komponentu huminowo-organicznego w postaci alkalicznego ekstraktu zawierajacego sole kwasów huminowych i lucerne oraz 17 do 39% nosnika glinokrzemianowego, korzystnie w postaci mieszaniny wermikulitu i bentonitu oraz sposób wytwarzania mineralno - organicznego preparatu paszowego, zawierajacego fitoprodukt i komponent huminowo - organiczny. Sposób charakteryzuje sie tym, ze fitoprodukt otrzymuje sie z lisci zyworódki odmian Kalanchoe daigermontiana i/lub Kalanchoe pinnata w postaci miazgi i/lub soku, które konserwuje sie gliceryna rafinowana, komponent huminowo - organiczny wytwarza sie z wegla brunatnego humodetrynitowego i suszu z lucerny, a obydwa komponenty miesza sie w proporcji 36-52% masowych fitoproduktu z 15-47% masowymi komponentu huminowo - organicznego i osadza sie mieszanine na 17 do 39% masowych nosnika glinokrzemianowego, w postaci wermikulitu i bentonitu. Przy czym w procesie wytwarzania komponentu huminowo - organicznego, surowce w ilosci od 41 do 61% masowych rozdrobnionego wegla brunatnego oraz od 15 do 28% masowych suszu z lucerny poddaje sie hydratyzacji tlenkiem wapnia (CaO), uzytym w ilosci 24 do 31% masowych w obecnosci wody, a nastepnie uzyskany ekstrakt zawierajacy zwiazki kwasów huminowych i lucerne podaje sie karbonizacji przy udziale CO2.The subject of the invention is a mineral-organic feed preparation, especially for poultry, which contains from 36 to 52% by mass of a phytoproduct, in the form of juice or pulp of a resinaceous (Kalanchoe) fixed glycerin, from 15 to 47% by mass of a humin-organic component in the form of an alkaline extract containing salts of humic acids and alfalfa and 17 to 39% aluminosilicate carrier, preferably in the form of a mixture of vermiculite and bentonite and a method for producing a mineral-organic feed preparation containing a phytoproduct and a humic-organic component. The method is characterized in that the phytoproduct is obtained from the stem leaves of Kalanchoe daigermontiana and / or Kalanchoe pinnata cultivars in the form of pulp and / or juice, which is preserved with refined glycerin, the humic-organic component is made from humodetrinium brown coal and dried alfalfa both components are mixed in a proportion of 36-52% by mass of the phytoproduct with 15-47% by mass of the humin-organic component and the mixture is deposited on 17 to 39% by mass of the aluminosilicate carrier in the form of vermiculite and bentonite. At the same time, in the production process of the humic-organic component, raw materials in the amount of 41 to 61% by mass of crushed brown coal and 15 to 28% by mass of dried alfalfa are subjected to hydration with calcium oxide (CaO), used in the amount of 24 to 31% by mass the presence of water, followed by an extract containing compounds of humic acids and alfalfa, is carbonized with CO2.
