Opublikowano dnia 8 kwietnia 1957 r. cJtf IflO POLSKIEJ RZECZYPOSPOLITEJ LUDOWEJ OPIS PATENTOWY Nr 39746 Instytut Metalurgii im. Wedlug wynalazku stop zawierajacy Cu—50°/o Ni — 20Vo i Co— 30%, wytworzony w piecu in¬ dukcyjnym, odlewa sie do form piaskowych, ewentualnie nie suszonych. Nastepnie uzyskane odlewy wyzarza sie w. temperaturze okolo 850°C w ciagu 16 godzin, po czym chlodzi je wolno do temperatury okolo 200°C. Stanislaw Staszic *) - Gliwica, Poland, ",. ki. 40 d, ma A) AQ The method of producing permanent magnets from a copper-coball-nickel alloy The patent lasts from January 13, 1956. For the production of permanent magnets, usually Al-Ni or Al-Ni-Co alloys are used, which due to The subject of the invention is a method of producing permanent magnets from a copper-cobalt-nickel alloy that can be machined. The advantage of such magnets is their higher coercivity, amounting to more than 700 Oersted with a magnetic residual Br more than 3500 Gauss. According to the invention, an alloy containing Cu-50% Ni-20% and Co-30% produced in an induction furnace is poured into sand molds, optionally not dried. Next, the castings obtained are annealed at a temperature of about 850 ° C for 16 hours, and then slowly cooled to a temperature of about 200 ° C. After skinning, the castings are cold rolled using crushing *) The owner of the patent * 4 stated that the inventor of the invention is Eng. Wladyslaw Surówka, at least 50%? to ensure the appropriate density of the material. The final shape is given to the magnets by machining. The finished magnets are supersaturated by heating to about 1120 ° C, and then cooled in water heated to about 70 ° C in order to give the magnets the maximum desired coercivity. they are aged by heating several times at 630 ° C. for several hours and then cooling in water or oil.
