Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest plyta chlodzaca material odlewany w formach odlewniczych. Plyta chlodzaca (7) posiada dowolny ksztalt podstawy. Wewnatrz korpusu plyty (7) wydrazony jest kanal (12) o ksztalcie podwójnej wezownicy dla przeplywu medium chlodzacego. Pomiedzy kanalem (12) posadowiony jest kanal (13) dla przeplywu medium chlodzacego o nizszej temperaturze. Kanal (12) posiada wzdluz swojego przebiegu otwory przelotowe, w których zamontowane sa dysze szczelinowe (11), dysze proste (8), dysze z regulowanym kierunkiem wyplywu (9) i dysze wielopunktowe (10). Forma piaskowa posadowiona na plycie chlodzacej (7) posiada od spodu pomiedzy dnem formy a górna powierzchnia plyty chlodzacej (7) komore przeplywu medium chlodzacego (5). Plyta chlodzaca (7) jest zamontowana na stanowisku odlewania, które od spodniej powierzchni plyty chlodzacej (7) posiada komore przez która przeplywa medium chlodzace spodnia powierzchnie plyty (7). Pomiedzy plyta chlodzaca (7) a dnem odlewu znajduje sie warstwa oddzielajaca formy piaskowej wewnatrz której w kanalach piaskowych umiejscowione sa dysze proste (8), dysze szczelinowe (11) oraz dysze z regulowanym kierunkiem przeplywu (9). Dla odlewów posiadajacych ksztalty owalne element chlodzacy posiada zainstalowane dodatkowo dysze wielopunktowe (10).The subject of the invention is a cooling plate cast material in foundry molds. Cooling plate (7) has any base shape. Inside the body of the plate (7), a channel (12) with the shape of a double coil for the flow of cooling medium is hollowed out. Between the channel (12) there is a channel (13) for the flow of a cooling medium with a lower temperature. The channel (12) has through-holes along its course, in which slot nozzles (11), straight nozzles (8), nozzles with adjustable flow direction (9) and multi-point nozzles (10) are mounted. The sand mold mounted on the cooling plate (7) has from the bottom between the bottom of the mold and the upper surface of the cooling plate (7) the cooling medium flow chamber (5). The cooling plate (7) is mounted on a casting station, which has a chamber from the bottom surface of the cooling plate (7) through which the cooling medium flows through the bottom surface of the plate (7). Between the cooling plate (7) and the bottom of the casting there is a layer separating the sand forms inside which straight nozzles (8), slotted nozzles (11) and nozzles with adjustable flow direction (9) are located in the sand channels. For castings with oval shapes, the cooling element has additionally installed multi-point nozzles (10).
