Opublikowano dnia 12 lutego 1957 r.POLSKIEJ RZECZYPOSPOLITEJ LUDOWEJ OPIS PATENTOWY Nr 39397 Inz, mgr Mieczyslaw Muszka Warszawa, Polska Inz. mgr Janusz Montwill Warszawa, Polska KL 3t=a^W06 Sposób wyrobu elementów przewodów kanalizacyjnych, wentylacyjnych, wodociqgowych i innych Patent trwa od dnia 19 pazdziernika 1954 r.Dotychczas produkowane elementy kanaliza¬ cyjne, wodociagowe oraz inne wykonywane byly z zelaza lub innych metali jak równiez z betonu.Ostatnio zas z cienkich arkuszy luszczonego drewna lisciastego, nawijanych na odpowiednie formy i sklejanych za pomoca zywic sztucznych.Wada elementów wykonywanych z betonu jest kruchosc oraz mala odpornosc na dzialanie kwa¬ sów. Wada elementów z luszczki jest niska wy¬ trzymalosc na spoinach, poza tym produkcja ich jest klopotliwa, ze wzgledu na male wymiary arkuszy ograniczonych wymiarami drewna, któ¬ re musi byc pierwszorzednej jakosci, poniewaz wszelkie naturalne wady lub uszkodzenia drewna niekorzystnie wplywaja na wytrzymalosc produ¬ kowanych elementów.Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wyrobu elementów przewodów kanalizacyjnych, wentyla¬ cyjnych, wodociagowych i innych, wedlug które¬ go jako tworzywo stosuje sie rozwlóknione odpady blonnikowe np. odpady drewna, paz- dzierze, lodygi roslin, torf itd. Z odpadów po ich rozwlóknieniu tworzy sie w znany sposób arkusze, które nasyca sie sztucznymi zywicami termoutwardzalnymi i nawija z nich na odpo¬ wiedniej formie jedna lub wieksza liczbe warstw w zaleznosci od potrzeby, po czym tak nawiniete arkusze poddaje sie sprasowaniu w podwyzszonej temperaturze i cisnieniu.Elementy wytwarzane sposobem wedlug wy¬ nalazku posiadaja jednolita budowe, sa bez szwów i spojen, poniewaz sa zwijane i wykazuja duza odpornosc na dzialanie agresywnych cieczy i gazów. Mozna wytwarzac je o dowo^ej wiel¬ kosci i dlugosci z jednej lub wielu warstw w zaleznosci od przeznaczenia. PL
