Abstract

Moduł baterii elektrycznych ma zastosowanie zwłaszcza do zasilania samochodów z napędem elektrycznym lub hybrydowym. Moduł z płaskimi ogniwami elektrycznymi umieszczonymi w obudowie pomiędzy termicznie przewodzącymi płytami przekładkowymi stykającymi się ze ścianą boczną obudowy, w którym elektrody taśmowe sąsiadujących ze sobą ogniw są połączone zaciskiem zawierającym podporowy element kształtujący i pokrywowy element kształtujący. W zaproponowanym module podporowy element kształtujący (2) jest osadzony na termicznie przewodzącej płycie przekładkowej (7) umieszczonej pomiędzy łączonymi elektrodami taśmowymi (4, 5) ogniw (1).
