Opublikowano dnia 10 maja 1956 r. & fcfy 6/op POLSKIEJ RZECZYPOSPOLITEJ LUDOWEJ OPIS PATENTOWY Nr 38826 Tadeusz Grzeczynski Poznan, Polska Tadeusz Marganiec Poznan, Polska KI. 38 h, 6/01 Sposób samosklejania kruszywa i odpadów korkowych z jednoczesnq ekspandacjq Patent trwa od dnia 1 lutego 1955 r.Wynalazek dotyczy nowego sposobu samo¬ sklejania odpadów lub kruszywa kory debu kor¬ kowego wzglednie kory innych gatunków drzew lub krzewów, która wykazuje podobne wlasno¬ sci, przy pomocy prostego urzadzenia skladaja¬ cego sie z lazni olejowej oraz perforowanych form. Sposób ten wykorzystujacy odpowiednio dobrana ciecz, np. olej jako medium ogrzewa¬ jace, pozwala w temperaturze 200 do 250°C w ciagu krótkiego czasu uzyskac dowolnej wiel¬ kosci elementy izolacyjne ekspandowane i sa- mosklejone. W przypadku stosowania do ogrze¬ wania cieczy o wlasnosciach impregnacyjnych mozna uzyskac jednoczesnie poprawienie odpor¬ nosci na dzialanie wilgoci i grzybów, co kwali¬ fikuje elementy te do stosowania w chlodnictwie.Sposób produkcji elementów samosklejonych obejmuje nastepujace typowe czynnosci: scisnie¬ cie (przy zastosowaniu niewielkich cisnien) od¬ padów lub kruszywa korkowego w formie o per¬ forowanych scianach, zanurzenie formy ze scis¬ nietym korkiem w odpowiednio dobranej cieczy (np. w oleju o korzystnych wlasnosciach) i ogrza¬ nie do temperatury 200 do 250°C.Ciezar wlasciwy sklejonego w ten sposób kor¬ ka spada do okolo 0,15 g/cm8. Sposób samosklejania kruszywa i odpadów korkowych z jednoczesna ekspandacja wy¬ tworzonych korkowych elementów izolacyj¬ nych w perforowanych formach w srodowi¬ sku cieklym, znamienny tym, ze do ogrzaniakorka stosuje sia zanurzenie perforowanych form ze scisnietym kruszywem korkowym w odpowiednio dobranej cieczy, która pozwala na ogrzanie w otwartym naczyniu do tempe¬ ratury 200 do 250°C.
