Szyld meblowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 21.02.2002r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szyld meblowy przeznaczo- ny pod klucz meblowy lub pod uchwyt meblowy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac szyldu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i stanie powierzchni, co nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, przedstawiajacym na fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 trzy postacie szyldu w widoku z góry. Szyld postac plytki, która w widoku z góry ma ksztalt zblizony do rombu. W poblizu kazdego z dwóch przeciwleglych wierzcholków we- wnetrznych katów ostrych tego rombu jest otwór kolowy przeznaczony do mocowania szyldu do powierzchni mebla. W poblizu srodka szyldu jest otwór pod klucz w ksztalcie zblizonym do zarysu klucza lub otwór kolowy. Górna powierzchnia szyldu ma zdobienie w postaci rowkowego wglebienia otaczajacego ten otwór i usytuowanego wzdluz krawedzizewnetrznej szyldu. Zdobienie to w poblizu otworu mocujacego szyld ma ksztalt odcinka okregu wspólosiowego z tym otworem. PL PLFurniture Sign The industrial design registration right has been in effect since February 21, 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a furniture sign intended for a furniture key or furniture handle. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the sign, manifested in its shape and surface condition, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its aesthetic value. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows three forms of the sign from a top view in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. The sign is a plate, which, when viewed from above, has a shape similar to a rhombus. Near each of the two opposing vertices of the inner acute angles of this rhombus, there is a circular hole intended for attaching the sign to the furniture surface. Near the center of the escutcheon, there is a keyhole, roughly shaped like a key, or a circular hole. The upper surface of the escutcheon is decorated with a grooved recess surrounding this hole and situated along the outer edge of the escutcheon. This decoration near the escutcheon mounting hole is shaped like a segment of a circle coaxial with this hole.
