Szyld meblowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 11.10.2002r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szyld meblowy przeznaczony pod klucz meblowy lub pod uchwyt meblowy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac szyldu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, zdobieniu i stanie powierzchni, co nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia szyld w widoku, a fig. 2 jest rzutem pionowym. Szyld postac plytki, która w widoku z góry ma ksztalt figury symetrycznej wzgledem dwóch wzajemnie prostopadlych osi i skladajacej sie z czesci srodkowej oraz dwóch ramion. Czesc srodkowa szyldu ma ksztalt zblizony do dwóch wycinków kola. Natomiast kazde z ramion rozciagajacych sie od czesci srodkowej uchwytu ma postac zwezajacej sie plytki o wkleslych ramionach i zakonczeniu w ksztalcie trójkata równoramiennego z wypuklymi bokami. Czesc srodkowa jest nieco zanizona wzgledem ramion szyldu, których powierzchnia górnama zdobienie w postaci rowka o zarysie zblizonym do boków ramion, przy czym przy koncu ramion rowek ma ksztalt odcinka linii kolowej. Same konce ramion sa ozdobione wystepami w ksztalcie progów, a w progu najwyzszym znajduje sie otwór przeznaczony na wkret mocujacy szyld do powierzchni mebla. PL PL PLFurniture Signage The industrial design registration right has been in effect since October 11, 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a furniture sign intended for a furniture key or furniture handle. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the sign, manifested in its shape, decoration, and surface finish, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its aesthetic value. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the sign in view, and Fig. 2 is a vertical projection. The sign is a plate, which, when viewed from above, has the shape of a figure symmetrical about two mutually perpendicular axes and consists of a central part and two arms. The central part of the sign is shaped similarly to two segments of a circle. Each of the arms extending from the central part of the handle is in the form of a tapering plate with concave arms and a tip in the shape of an isosceles triangle with convex sides. The central part is slightly lower than the arms of the escutcheon, the upper surface of which is decorated with a groove similar in outline to the sides of the arms, while at the ends of the arms the groove is shaped like a segment of a circular line. The very ends of the arms are decorated with threshold-shaped protrusions, and the highest threshold has a hole for a screw to secure the escutcheon to the furniture surface.
