Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik serwetkowy przeznaczony do wylozenia w nim wiktualów, w szczególnosci pisanek z jaj w dekoracyjnej, swiatecznej formie. Znane sa pojemniki w postaci pojedynczych podstawek lub tac z wyprofilowanymi wglebieniami do umieszczenia pisanek z jaj. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi zestaw trzech serwetek, ulozonych centralnie jedna na drugiej, polaczonych za pomoca szwów, wyposazony w wiazadla sluzace do sciagniecia obrzezy serwetek w kierunku do ich srodka, w celu utworzenia przestrzenno - dekoracyjnego ksztaltu z wnekami na wiktualy, zwlaszcza na pisanki jaj lub ich atrapy. Serwetka górna i serwetka srodkowa polaczone sa za pomoca szwów odcinkowych, biegnacych wzdluz osi symetrii tych serwetek, natomiast serwetka dolna polaczona jest w poblizu obrzezy z serwetka srodkowa za pomoca szwów punktowych znajdujacych sie w polowie odleglosci pomiedzy szwami odcinkowymi. Serwetka górna ma na powierzchni zewnetrznej przyszyte wiazadla, w postaci tasiemek lub wstazek, biegnace wzdluz wzdluz osi symetrii tej serwetki, lecz przesunietych wzgledem szwów odcinkowych laczacych serwetke górna z serwetka dolna.Korzystny efekt dekoracyjny uzyskuje sie przez dodanie na obwodzie jednej lub kilku serwetek znanej koronki dekoracyjnej, najczesciej na obwodzie serwetki dolnej. Pojemnik tworzy sie poprzez sciagniecie do srodka i zwiazanie naprzeciwleglych par wiazadel, np. wstazek. W stanie docelowym - poprzez zwiazanie par wiazadel, powstaja pomiedzy serwetka górna i serwetka srodkowa wneki, w ksztalcie zblizonym do rombu w widoku z góry, w których umieszcza sie np. jajka w postaci pisanek lub ich atrapy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na dziesieciu figurach rysunku w widoku z góry, na których odmiany wzoru sa schematycznie uwidocznione jako pojemnik w stanie wyjsciowym, przed ich zlozeniem. Dodatkowo przedmiot wzoru zobrazowano na czterech fotografiach w ujeciu z góry i z boku , z których dwie dotycza pojemników nie wypelnionych, a dwie pojemników z ulozonymi atrapami pisanek jaj. 1. Pojemnik, w podstawowej wersji, przedstawiony w przykladzie na fig. 1, sklada sie z trzech serwetek, ulozonych centralnie jedna na drugiej, tworzac warstwy polaczone ze soba za pomoca nitkowych szwów. W stanie wyjsciowym, serwetka górna l polaczona jest z serwetka srodkowa 2, obie w ksztalcie kola, zespolem trzech szwów 3 odcinkowych, pokrywajacych sie ze srednicami kola tych serwetek i przesunietych wzgledem siebie o 60°. Serwetka dolna 4, w ksztalcie szesciokata foremnego, polaczona jest z serwetka srodkowa 2 zespolem szwów punktowych 5 w poblizu obwodu serwetki srodkowej 2, w polowie odleglosci pomiedzy liniami szwów odcinkowych 3 laczacych serwetke górna I z serwetka srodkowa 2. Na zewnetrznej powierzchni serwetki górnej 1 zamocowane sa trzy wiazadla (6), w postaci wstazek, biegnace wzdluz srednic kola tej serwetki l, przesunietych wzgledem szwów odcinkowych 3 laczacych serwetke górna z serwetka dolna o 30°, wystajace z obu stron poza obreb serwetek i , 2, 4.2. Odmiana wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik serwetkowy uwidoczniony na fig. 2, skladajacy sie z trzech serwetek, z których serwetka dolna 4 jest w ksztalcie osmiokata, a serwetka górna I i serwetka srodkowa 2 sa w ksztalcie kolowym, polaczonych ze soba warstwowo jak opisano wyzej, z wykorzystaniem czterech szwów odcinkowych 3 laczacych serwetke górna 1 z serwetka dolna 4, rozmieszczonych co 45°, z przesunieciem w stosunku do srednicowych szwów o 22,5°. Inne odmiany wzoru przemyslowego stanowia uklady trzech serwetek - w stanie wyjsciowym - o róznych kombinacjach figur geometrycznych plaskich: kola, szesciokata foremnego i osmiokata. 3. Odmiana wzoru, zobrazowana na fig. 3, jest pojemnik serwetkowy wykonany w postaci trzech serwetek o ksztalcie kolowym, z zespolem trzech szwów i trzema wstazkami, przesunietymi w stosunku do tych szwów o 30°, przy czym serwetka dolna 4 zaopatrzona jest na obwodzie w koronke ozdobna. 4. Nastepna odmiane wzoru stanowi pojemnik serwetkowy wg fig. 4, którego serwetka górna i i serwetka srodkowa 2 maja, ksztalt szescianu foremnego, a serwetka dolna 4 jest w ksztalcie kola. Uklad szwów i wiazadel jest podobny jak w odmianie nr 3. 5. Inna odmiana wzoru przedstawiono na fig. 5, zgodnie z która wszystkie trzy serwetki I, 2, i 4 maja L ksztalt szescianu foremnego. Uklad szwów i wiazadel jest podobny jak w odmianie nr 3. 6. Kolejna odmiana wzoru jest przyklad zilustrowany na fig. 6 pojemnik, w którym serwetka górna 1 i serwetka dolna 4 maja ksztalt szesciokatny, a serwetka srodkowa 2 ksztalt kola, z ukladem szwów i wiazadel,jak w odmianie nr 3. 7. Dalsza odmiane wzoru pokazano w przykladzie na fig. 7, charakteryzujaca sie zestawem trzech serwetek l, 2, i 4 w ksztalcie osmiokata o równych bokach, przy czym na obwodzie serwetki dolnej 4 przyszyta jest koronka ozdobna. Pojemnik ma wykonane cztery szwy i cztery wiazadla.8. Na rysunku fig. 8 uwidoczniona jest odmiana wzoru, zgodnie z która serwetka górna I i serwetka srodkowa 2 pojemnika maja ksztalt osmioscianu o równych bokach, a serwetka dolna 4 jest w ksztalcie kolowym. Uklad szwów i wiazadel jest podobny jak w odmianie nr 7. 9. Z kolei wg odmiany przedstawionej na fig, 9, serwetka górna I jest w ksztalcie kola, a serwetka srodkowa 2 i serwetka dolna 4 maja ksztalt osmioscianu. Uklad szwów i wiazadel jest podobny jak w odmianie nr 7. 10. Known containers are single coasters or trays with contoured recesses for placing Easter eggs. The container, according to the industrial design, consists of a set of three napkins, centrally arranged one on top of the other, connected by stitching, and equipped with ties to draw the edges of the napkins toward their centers, creating a three-dimensional and decorative shape with recesses for victuals, particularly Easter eggs or their imitations. The top and middle napkins are joined by segmental stitches running along their axis of symmetry, while the bottom napkin is joined to the middle napkin near the edges by point stitches positioned midway between the segmental stitches. The top napkin has ties sewn onto its outer surface, in the form of ribbons or ribbons, running along the axis of symmetry, but offset from the segmental stitches connecting the top and bottom napkins. A decorative effect is achieved by adding a well-known decorative lace to the perimeter of one or more napkins, most often around the perimeter of the bottom napkin. Additionally, the design is illustrated in four photographs from above and from the side, two of which show empty containers, and two of containers with imitations of Easter eggs. 1. The container, in its basic version, shown in the example in Fig. 1, consists of three napkins, arranged centrally, one on top of the other, creating layers connected by thread seams. In the initial state, the upper napkin 1 is connected to the middle napkin 2, both in the shape of a circle, by a set of three 3-section seams, coinciding with the diameters of the circle of these napkins and shifted relative to each other by 60°. The lower napkin 4, in the shape of a regular hexagon, is connected to the middle napkin 2 by a set of point seams 5 near the circumference of the middle napkin 2, halfway between the lines of segmental seams 3 connecting the upper napkin I with the middle napkin 2. On the outer surface of the upper napkin 1 there are three ties (6) attached, in the form of ribbons, running along the diameters of the circle of this napkin l, shifted in relation to the segmental seams 3 connecting the upper napkin with the lower napkin by 30°, protruding on both sides beyond the edges of the napkins i, 2, 4.2. A variation of the industrial design is the napkin container shown in Fig. 2, consisting of three napkins, of which the lower napkin 4 is octagonal in shape, and the upper napkin I and the middle napkin 2 are circular in shape, connected to each other in layers as described above, using four segmental seams 3 connecting the upper napkin 1 with the lower napkin 4, spaced every 45°, with a shift in relation to the diametrical seams by 22.5°. Other variations of the industrial design are arrangements of three napkins - in their initial state - with various combinations of flat geometric figures: a circle, a regular hexagon and an octagon. 3. A variation of the pattern shown in Fig. 3 is a napkin holder made in the form of three circular napkins, with a set of three seams and three ribbons, offset from these seams by 30°, with the lower napkin 4 being provided with decorative lace around its circumference. 4. Another variation of the pattern is a napkin holder according to Fig. 4, of which the upper napkin I and the middle napkin 2 have the shape of a regular cube, and the lower napkin 4 is circular. The arrangement of seams and ties is similar to that in variation No. 3. 5. Another variation of the pattern is shown in Fig. 5, in which all three napkins I, 2, and 4 have the shape of a regular cube. The arrangement of seams and ties is similar to that in variant No. 3. 6. Another variation of the pattern is the example illustrated in Fig. 6, a container in which the upper napkin 1 and the lower napkin 4 have a hexagonal shape, and the middle napkin 2 is circular, with the arrangement of seams and ties as in variant No. 3. 7. Another variation of the pattern is shown in the example in Fig. 7, characterized by a set of three napkins 1, 2, and 4 in the shape of an octagon with equal sides, with decorative lace sewn around the circumference of the lower napkin 4. The container has four seams and four ties. 8. Figure 8 shows a variation of the pattern in which the top napkin I and the middle napkin 2 of the container have the shape of an octahedron with equal sides, and the bottom napkin 4 is circular. The arrangement of seams and ties is similar to that in variation no. 7. 9. In turn, according to the variation shown in Figure 9, the top napkin I is circular, and the middle napkin 2 and the bottom napkin 4 have the shape of an octahedron. The arrangement of seams and ties is similar to that in variant No. 7. 10. The last variant shown in Fig. 10 is a container whose upper napkin 1 and lower napkin 4 have an octahedral shape, while the middle napkin 2 has a circular shape, and the arrangement of seams and ties is the same as in variant No. 7.
