Abstract
Sposób otrzymywania kwasów O-acylowinowych z kwasu winowego polega na tym, że reakcję kwasu winowego z chlorkiem acylu prowadzi się w rozpuszczalniku polarnym, przy czym chlorek acylu stosuje się w ilości od 0,85 do 1,5 mol/mol w stosunku do kwasu, reakcję prowadzi się w temperaturze od 70 do 105°C, a produkt krystalizuje się z acetonitrylu.The method of obtaining O-acyl tartaric acids from tartaric acid is that the reaction of tartaric acid with acyl chloride is carried out in a polar solvent, with the acyl chloride being used in the amount of 0.85 to 1.5 mol/mol in relation to the acid, the reaction is carried out at a temperature of 70 to 105°C and the product is crystallized from acetonitrile.
