Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, który przedstawia nozyce w widoku pers- pektywicznym. Nozyce wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujace dwa ramiona oraz czesc robocza, posiadaja nastepujace cechy is- totne: kazde ramie ma w czesci przedniej ksztalt walca na którego powierzchni bocznej znajduje sie wystep walcowy z wy- pukla sciana górna, a na powierzchni górnej walcowej czesciznajduje sie nakladka, której powierzchnia górna jest plaska. W czesci tylnej, ramie ma ksztalt walca, którego sciana bocz- na jest profilowana i jest czesciowo wybrzuszona, a czesciowo wklesla. Czesc robocza nozyc ma postac dwóch zebów, kazdy ma- jacy w przyblizeniu zarys piecioboku, którego trzy boki sa lukowate, a kat pomiedzy dwoma bokami jest katem rozwartym. Czesc przednia ramienia ma kolor czerwony, a czesc tylna, wystepy walcowe i nakladka ma kolor czarny, zas czesc robocza wykonana jest w kolorze szarym, jak przedstawiono na zalaczo- nym rysunku.FIG.1 PL PLShears The design registration right is valid from February 11, 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a pair of shears. The design's novelty and originality are reflected in the shears' shape and color. The shears are intended for use as garden shears for cutting shrubs, tree branches, etc. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, which shows the shears in a perspective view. The shears according to the industrial design, comprising two arms and a working part, have the following essential features: each arm has a cylindrical front section, on the lateral surface of which there is a cylindrical projection with a convex upper wall, and on the upper surface of the cylindrical part there is an overlay, the upper surface of which is flat. In its rear section, the arm is cylindrical in shape, with a profiled side wall that is partly convex and partly concave. The working part of the shears is in the form of two prongs, each roughly in the shape of a pentagon, with three arcuate sides and an obtuse angle between two sides.
