Z opisu polskiego zgłoszenia patentowego P372684 znana jest konstrukcja listwy przypodłogowej, wykonanej jako jeden profil zamknięty lub wytworzonej z kilku elementów, połączonych za pomocą połączeń elastycznych i zatrzasków. Listwa wykonana jest z tworzywa sztucznego.
