Abstract

Ujawniono okrętową płytę podłogową (2a-2f) przeznaczona do użytku jako podłoże do chodzenia w łodzi. Okrętowa płyta podłogowa jest zbudowana z laminatu wysokociśnieniowego (HPL) o rdzeniu wykonanym z papieru pakowego (P) nasyconego termoutwardzalnym środkiem wiążącym, w której górna warstwa w postaci papieru wzorzystego (D) posiada wytłoczony wzór imitujący i jest nasycona żywicą, zaś wierzchnia warstwa ma postać przezroczystego papieru (O) nasyconego żywicą. Korpus laminatu wysokociśnieniowego posiada rdzeń przesycony czarnym lub brązowym barwnikiem. Odporna na ścieranie warstwa wierzchnia oraz warstwa górna, posiadająca wzór imitujący strukturę drewna jest wyżłobiona na głębokość (d) w czarnym/brązowym rdzeniu laminatu wysokociśnieniowego za pomocą narzędzia frezarskiego. Tak tworzone są rowki spoinowe (3, 4) w płycie podłogowej według uprzednio określonego wzoru w celu imitowania podłogi okrętowej z naturalnego drewna.
