Description

Wynalazek dotyczy kotla czlonowego z wbudowanem miedzy palenisko a kana¬ ly spalinowe gromadzacem cieplo sklepie¬ niem ogniotrwalem. Rysunek przedstawia wynalazek, mia¬ nowicie: fig. PLThe invention relates to a member boiler with a heat-accumulating refractory vault embedded between the furnace and the flue gas ducts. A feature of the cutoff boiler, which characterizes the novelty, essentially consists in the fact that the flue gases, which were previously supplied with secondary air channels, are led through the fire-resistant vault through ducts. By incorporating such a vault into the boiler, which makes it particularly suitable for the consumption of less efficient fuel, it is first achieved that all walls of the boiler, cooled by water, are completely surrounded by a vault, which the contact of the flue gas with the walls and the very cooling thereof until it reaches a temperature that allows the formation of tar. Also by passing the flue gases in numerous small single jets through the channels of the fire-resistant vault, the greatest possible contact surface is achieved between the flue gases and the highly glowing glue walls, which also contributes to the fact that smoldering gases, especially abundantly, ¬ getting up with fuel less efficient, possibly completely burned; at the same time, the formation of tar and soot precipitation in the flue gas ducts is prevented. The capping, which accumulates heat, according to the present invention consists of, for easier incorporation into the duct and more smooth cleaning., preferably of individual boards which are folded into a row. The figure shows the invention, namely: Fig. 1 - vertical section of the boiler, Fig. 2 - partial section of the same along the line A - B in Fig. 1. The letter a denotes a refractory vault, which, according to the invention, is thus placed between the firebox and the flue gas ducts c, and covers the entire boiler walls at this point, the water to be cooled, therefore the cooling effect of the flue gases cannot take place. supplied by channel d, which lies between the furnace and the flue gas channel c, going downwards, enters the already heated channels into the channels k of the refractory vault, mixing closely with the flowing ¬ is falling in exhaust fumes. The vault preferably consists of individual plates provided, as FIG. 2 shows, with protrusions or concavities, whereby folded in a row they form the greater number of passageways k for the exhaust gases. The width of the individual plates is best taken equal to the width of the boiler parts. In the interior of the refractory vault a protrusions h are placed in such a way that the transition channels k take the form of knots, and the smoldering gases mixed with the secondary air are forced swim a longer way through a highly glowing refractory vault. As a result, the burning of the foul gases is certainly achieved as perfectly as possible. PL
