Description
Wynalazek dotyczy srodka impregnacyjno- grzybobójczego do drewna, nadajacego sie jed¬ noczesnie do odkazania cegly rozbiórkowej i tym podobnych przedmiotów. Stwierdzono, ze jako srodek grzybobójczy i odkazajacy moze byc uzy¬ ty produkt odpadowy, powstajacy przy produk¬ cji glikolu, najkorzystniej w polaczeniu z pro¬ duktem odpadowym powstajacym przy produk¬ cji rezorcyny. Przy produkcji glikolu powstaja tzw. sole glikolowe, wystepujace przy otrzymy¬ waniu glikolu z odpowiednich chlorowcopochod¬ nych. Wymiane chlorowca na grupe wodorotle¬ nowa uskutecznia sie, jak wiadomo, droga re¬ akcji z octanem alkalicznym oraz przez zmydle- nie otrzymanego dwuoctanu. W procesie tym jako produkt odpadowy uzyskuje sie wspomnia¬ ne sole glikolowe.Jezeli chodzi o drugi produkt odpadowy, mia¬ nowicie o sole rezorcyny, to powstaja one przy stapianiu lugu z kwasem m-benzenodwusulfo- nowym. Odpady te byly dotychczas bezuzytecz¬ nym materialem odpadowym przemyslu che¬ micznego. Wymienione materialy, odznaczajace sie znaczna sila grzybobójcza przy zmieszaniu ich z utrwalaczem, którym moze byc arsenian sodu lub arszenik, daja w wyniku srodek grzy¬ bobójczy do zabezpieczania drewna o srednim stopniu zagrozenia. Srodek ten jest jednoczes¬ nie dobrym srodkiem odkazajacym. Wedlug wy¬ nalazku sole glikolowe moga byc zastosowane badz tylko w polaczeniu z arsenianem sodu badz tez lacznie z solami rezorcyny. Stwierdzono, ze dobre wyniki uzyskuje sie przy nadaniu srod¬ kowi wedlug wynalazku nastepujacego skladu: sole glikolu sole rezorcyny arsenian sodu woda 23% 5% 10% 62% *) Wlasciciel patentu oswiadczyl, ze twórca wyna¬ lazku jest Boleslaw janowski.Tak otrzymany srodek rozciencza sie przy jego uzyciu w wodzie w stosunku 1:10 lub 1:15 w za¬ leznosci od potrzebnej jego sily grzybobójczej.Duza zaleta srodka wedlug wynalazku jest rów¬ niez i to, ze jest on bezbarwny, wskutek czego moze byc stosowany do odkazania tynków, gdyz nie zmienia ich barwy. PLThe invention relates to an impregnating and fungicide for wood which is simultaneously suitable for decontaminating demolition bricks and the like. It has been found that a waste product from the production of glycol may be used as a fungicide and disinfectant, most preferably in combination with the waste product from the production of resorcinol. In the production of glycol, the so-called glycol salts which are present in the preparation of glycol from suitable halogen derivatives. As is known, the exchange of the halogen for the hydroxyl group is achieved by reaction with an alkaline acetate and by saponification of the diacetate obtained. In this process, the abovementioned glycol salts are obtained as a waste product. As far as the second waste product is concerned, namely resorcinol salts, they are formed when the liquor is fused with m-benzenedisulfonic acid. Until now, this waste was an unused waste material of the chemical industry. The mentioned materials, which exhibit considerable fungicidal power when mixed with a fixative, which may be sodium arsenate or arsenic, result in a mildly hazardous wood-preserving fungicide. This agent is also a good disinfectant. According to the invention, the glycol salts may be used either only in combination with sodium arsenate or also in combination with resorcinol salts. It has been found that good results are obtained by giving the agent according to the invention the following composition: glycol salts resorcinol salts sodium arsenate water 23% 5% 10% 62% *) The patent owner stated that the inventor was Boleslaw Janowski. it is diluted in water in a ratio of 1:10 or 1:15 depending on the required fungicidal power.
