Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wózek górny stosowany do prowadzenia przesuwanych scianek, drzwi i luster. Nowa postac przedmiotu wzoru przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wózek górny w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - ten sam wózek w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - ten sam wózek w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 - ten sam wózek w widoku od tylu w kierunku strzalki „S". Wózek górny sklada sie z korpusu prostopadlosciennego z dwoma bocznymi odsadzeniami prostokatnymi z zaokraglonymi dolnymi narozami, usytuowanymi prostopadle w plaszczyznie tylnej jego sciany i zaopatrzonymi w trzy otwory kolowe lezace w jednej osi oraz z górnym odsadzeniem prostokatnym z dwoma zaokraglonymi narozami, wystajacym poza tylna sciane korpusu, zaopatrzona w dwa wystepy walcowe asymetrycznie usytuowane wzgledem siebie, na których osadzone sa luzno kólka jezdne z otworem osiowym, majace w widoku z przodu ksztalt dwóch splaszczonych stozków scietych zlaczonych z soba podstawami. W tylnej scianie korpusu wykonane jest wyjecie prostopadloscienne, którego dno zaopatrzone jest w dwa poprzecznie usytuowane zebra, a w górnej czesci w otwór kolowy usytuowany w osi symetrii korpusu. Ponadto górne odsadzenie korpusu prostopadlosciennego zaopatrzone jest w wystep, majacy w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt prostokatny usytuowany nad otworem kolowym wykonanym w dnie wyjecia prostopadlosciennego tak, ze pomiedzy nim a tym dnem znajduje sie szczelina. Do górnej powierzchni kazdego z kólek jezdnych przylega podkladka kolowa z otworem osiowym lezacym w osi otworu tego kólka, a do niej leb wkreta laczacego to kólko z górnym odsadzeniem prostokatnym korpusu wózka, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1-4.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Wózek górny stosowany do prowadzenia przesuwanych scianek, drzwi i luster zlozony z korpusu zaopatrzonego w dwa kólka jezdne przedstawiony na rysunku fig. 1-4 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma korpus prostopadloscienny z bocznymi odsadzeniami prostokatnymi usytuowanymi prostopadle w plaszczyznie tylnej jego sciany i zaopatrzonymi w otwory kolowe lezace w jednej osi, a ponadto korpus ten ma górne odsadzenie prostokatne wystajace poza tylna sciane korpusu wózka; - górne odsadzenie prostokatne korpusu zaopatrzone jest w dwa wystepy walcowe asymetrycznie usytuowane wzgledem siebie, na których osadzone sa luzno kólka jezdne z otworem osiowym, majace w widoku z przodu ksztalt dwóch splaszczonych stozków scietych zlaczonych z soba podstawami; - tylna sciana korpusu ma wyjecie prostopadloscienne, którego dno zaopatrzone jest w zebra usytuowane poprzecznie, a w górnej czesci otwór kolowy usytuowany w osi symetrii korpusu; - górne odsadzenie prostokatne korpusu zaopatrzone jest w wystep usytuowany nad otworem kolowym dna wyjecia prostopadlosciennego, przy czym pomiedzy tym wystepem i wspomnianym dnem znajduje sie szczelina; - do kólek jezdnych wózka przylega podkladka okragla, a do niej leb wkreta laczacego kólka z górnym odsadzeniem prostokatnym. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the upper carriage from the front, Fig. 2 - the same carriage from the side, Fig. 3 - the same carriage from above, and Fig. 4 - the same carriage from the back in the direction of the "S" arrow. The upper carriage consists of a rectangular body with two rectangular side extensions with rounded lower corners, located perpendicularly in the plane of its rear wall and provided with three circular holes lying on one axis, and a rectangular upper extension with two rounded corners, protruding beyond the rear wall of the body. The extensions are provided with two cylindrical projections positioned asymmetrically with respect to each other, on which loosely mounted wheels with an axial hole are mounted. In the front view, they have the shape of two flattened truncated cones connected at their bases. The rear wall of the body has a rectangular opening, the bottom of which is provided with two transversely positioned ribs, and in the upper part, a circular hole located on the body's axis of symmetry. In addition, the upper offset of the cuboidal body is provided with a protrusion having a rectangular cross-section situated above a circular opening made in the bottom of the cuboidal opening so that there is a gap between it and the bottom. A wheel washer with an axial hole located in the axis of the wheel hole is attached to the upper surface of each of the wheels, and the head of the screw connecting the wheel with the upper rectangular offset of the trolley body is attached to it, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1-4. Essential features of the industrial design The upper trolley used to guide sliding walls, doors and mirrors, composed of a body provided with two wheels shown in drawing Fig. 1-4, is characterized in that: - it has a cuboid body with lateral rectangular offsets located perpendicularly in the plane of the rear wall of its wall and provided with wheel holes located in one axis, and furthermore, this body has an upper rectangular offset protruding beyond the rear wall of the trolley body; - the upper rectangular offset of the body is equipped with two cylindrical projections, asymmetrically positioned relative to each other, on which loosely mounted running wheels with an axial hole are mounted. In the front view, they have the shape of two flattened truncated cones connected by their bases; - the rear wall of the body has a rectangular opening, the bottom of which is provided with transverse ribs, and in the upper part a circular opening located on the body's axis of symmetry; - the upper rectangular offset of the body is equipped with a projection located above the circular opening in the bottom of the rectangular opening, with a gap between this projection and the mentioned bottom; - a round washer adheres to the running wheels of the trolley, and to it the head of the screw connecting the wheels to the upper rectangular offset.
