Abstract

The invention relates to a refrigerator (10) comprising a 3-star freezer compartment (18) whose door (20) can be pivoted around a horizontal axis and is held in the horizontal open position by lateral catching straps (26), wherein the inner panelling (22) of the freezer compartment door (20) forms a storage surface (23) in conjunction with the base of the freezer compartment (18), extending in an at least approximately continuous manner.
