Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest przestawiony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig.1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku bocznym. Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku pojemnik jest utworzony z obrotowej bryly, której dolna czesc stanowiaca postument ma ksztalt walca, który lukowo zweza sie ku srodkowi, zas od zwezenia jest rozszerzony na ksztalt kielicha a od góry jest zakryty pokrywka w ksztalcie czaszy z mala kopulka na górze, przy czym dolna czesc stanowiaca postument ma z boku ozdobny zawór, jak przedstawiono na fig.1. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the container, manifested in its shape and arrangement of lines, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the ornamental design is presented in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from a side view. According to the ornamental design and as shown in the attached drawing, the container is formed from a solid of revolution, the lower part of which, constituting the pedestal, is cylindrical in shape, narrowing in an arc towards the center, and from the narrowing it expands into the shape of a goblet, and is covered at the top with a bowl-shaped lid with a small dome on top. The lower part, constituting the pedestal, has a decorative valve on the side, as shown in Fig. 1. The subject of the design can be made in any color or color combination. PL PL PL

Protective claim A container for liquids, characterized in that it is formed of a rotating body, the lower part of which, constituting the pedestal, is in the shape of a cylinder, which narrows in an arc towards the center, and from the narrowing it is widened into the shape of a cup and from the top it is covered with a cover in the shape of a bowl with a small dome on the top, wherein the lower part, constituting the pedestal, has a decorative valve on the side, as shown in fig.
