Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa zegara komin- kowego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii elementów obudowy zegara kominkowego. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia obudowe zegara kominkowego w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - obudowe zegara przedstawionego na fig. 1 w widoku per- spektywicznym. Obudowa zegara kominkowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt graniastoslupa posadowionego ma plycie cokolowej bedacej lu- strzanym odbiciem plyty wienczacej, o obrysie wiekszym od obrysu bry- ly mebla, schodkowo frezowanej do wewnatrz, przy czym zegar ma pio- nowe i poziome ramiaki, na frontowych ramiakach zegara w miejscach laczenia z ramiakami boków sa podluzne owalne czopy, a na bokachmiedzy ramiakami ma wklesla plyte, zas na froncie ma azurowa plyte z okraglym frezowanym dookola wycieciem na tarcze i ponizej wertykal- nymi, podobnymi do prostokatów, szczelinami których dolne krawedzie sa na jednym poziomie, natomiast górne sa ulozone pólkoliscie równole- gle do otworu na tarcze zegara. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is the casing of a fireplace clock. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the elements of the fireplace clock casing. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the casing of the fireplace clock from a front view, and Fig. 2 shows the casing of the clock shown in Fig. 1 from a perspective view. The casing of the fireplace clock is characterized by its prism shape set on a base plate that is a mirror image of the crown plate, with an outline larger than the outline of the furniture body, milled inward in a stepped manner. The clock has vertical and horizontal stiles. The front stiles of the clock have long oval tenons where they join the side stiles. On the sides, between the stiles, there is a concave plate. The front has an open-work plate with a circular, milled cutout for the clock face and below it, vertical, rectangle-like slots, the lower edges of which are on the same level, while the upper edges are arranged in a semicircle parallel to the opening for the clock face.
