Syrenka alarmowa Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 18 maja 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest syrenka alarmowa, zwlaszcza miniaturowa syrenka alarmowa. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac syrenki alarmowej przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii nadajaca syrence swoisty i oryginalny wyglad i zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zilustrowany jest na fotografiach na których fig. 1 przedstawia syrenke alarmowa w przykladzie wykonania, w widoku od przodu, w perspektywie, fig. 2 - syrenke jak na fig. 1 w widoku z boku, fig.3 - syrenke jak na fig. 1, w widoku od dolu, fig. 4 - syrenke jak na fig. 1, w widoku od przodu, fig. 5 - syrenke jak na fig. 1 w widoku od tylu. Syrenka alarmowa ma ksztalt wielosciennej bryly, utworzonej z trzech czesci - przedniej, srodkowej i tylnej. Przednia czesc syrenki, ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, majacego zaokraglone krawedzie scian bocznych, przy czym przednia i tylna scianka polaczone sa ze sciankami bocznymi pod katem prostym, zas powierzchnieboczne przechodza promieniowo w przednia scianke, jak to uwidoczniono na fotografiach fig. 1 , fig. 2 i fig. 3. W przedniej sciance wykonane jest kuliste wglebienie, majace okragle plaskie dno, w którym umieszczona jest wypukla czasza, majaca ksztalt pólkuli, o srednicy nieznacznie mniejszej od srednicy dna, polaczona z powierzchnia wglebienia za pomoca czterech zeber, usytuowanych na osiach symetrii, majacych ksztalt wycinka pierscienia, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 4. Srodkowa czesc syrenki alarmowej ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, o przekroju poprzecznym kwadratowym, identycznym jak prostopadloscian przedniej czesci, o wymiarach nieznacznie wiekszych niz wymiary przekrojów przedniej i tylnej czesci syrenki. Powierzchnia boczna srodkowej czesci syrenki wystaje ponad powierzchnie scianek bocznych przedniej czesci i tylnej czesci syrenki i jest zaokraglona, jak to uwidoczniono na fotografiach fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig.3. Wysokosc srodkowej czesci syrenki jest znacznie mniejsza od wysokosci przedniej czesci i tylnej czesci syrenki, jak to uwidoczniono na fotografiach fig. 1 i fig. 2. Tylna czesc syrenki alarmowej ma równiez ksztalt prostopadloscianu, o przekroju poprzecznym kwadratowym, identycznym jak prostopadloscian przedniej czesci syrenki. Krawedzie scian bocznych tylnej czesci syrenki sa identycznie zaokraglone jak krawedzie scian bocznych przedniej czesci syrenki. Tylna czesc syrenki ma scianke przednia i scianke tylna polaczone ze sciankami bocznymi pod katem prostym, jak to uwidoczniono na fotografiach fig. 1 i fig. 2. Scianka tylna stanowiaca równiez tylna scianka syrenki, przechodzi promieniowo w scianki boczne tylnej czesci. Scianka tylna ma cztery rozmieszczone symetrycznie w narozach otwory i okragly wystep o zaokraglonych sciankach bocznych, umieszczony centralnie na tylnej sciance. Tylna czesc syrenki ma kapsel, w ksztalcie walca, umieszczony na okraglym wystepie na pionowej osi symetrii, ponizej poziomej osi symetrii tylnej scianki, polaczony plaska wstega z kolkiem majacym pierscieniowy kolnierz, wcisnietym w tylna scianke, umieszczonym na pionowej osi symetrii ponizej kapsla. Ponadto tylna czesc syrenki alarmowej ma wystep umieszczony na dolnej sciance bocznej, w plaszczyznie symetrii syrenki, z niewielkim odstepem do przedniej scianki,majacy zaokraglona powierzchnie dolna, przechodzaca promieniowo w tylna scianke i przelotowy walcowy otwór, jak to uwidoczniono na fotografiach fig . 1, fig.2, fig. 3 i fig.5. PL PL PL PLAlarm Siren The right of registration for an ornamental design has been in effect since May 18, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is an alarm siren, particularly a miniature alarm siren. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the alarm siren, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving the siren a unique and original appearance and intended for aesthetic purposes. The subject of the ornamental design is illustrated in photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows an example of the alarm siren, viewed from the front and in perspective; Fig. 2 shows the siren as in Fig. 1, viewed from the side; Fig. 3 shows the siren as in Fig. 1, viewed from below; Fig. 4 shows the siren as in Fig. 1, viewed from the front; Fig. 5 shows the siren as in Fig. 1, viewed from the back. The alarm siren has the shape of a polyhedral block, made up of three parts - front, middle and rear. The front part of the siren has the shape of a cuboid with rounded edges of the side walls, where the front and rear walls are connected to the side walls at a right angle, and the side surfaces pass radially into the front wall, as shown in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. In the front wall there is a spherical recess with a round flat bottom, in which a convex bowl is placed, in the shape of a hemisphere, with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the bottom, connected to the surface of the recess by means of four ribs, situated on the axes of symmetry, having the shape of a ring segment, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 4. The central part of the alarm siren has the shape of a cuboid, with a cross-section square, identical to the cuboid of the front part, with dimensions slightly larger than the cross-sectional dimensions of the front and rear parts of the siren. The lateral surface of the central part of the siren protrudes above the surface of the side walls of the front part and rear part of the siren and is rounded, as shown in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. The height of the central part of the siren is significantly smaller than the height of the front and rear parts of the siren, as shown in photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The rear part of the alarm siren also has the shape of a cuboid, with a square cross-section, identical to the cuboid of the front part of the siren. The edges of the side walls of the rear part of the siren are identically rounded as the edges of the side walls of the front part of the siren. The rear part of the mermaid has a front wall and a rear wall connected to the side walls at right angles, as shown in photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The rear wall, which also constitutes the rear wall of the mermaid, passes radially into the side walls of the rear part. The rear wall has four symmetrically arranged openings in the corners and a circular protrusion with rounded side walls, located centrally on the rear wall. The rear part of the mermaid has a cylindrical cap placed on the circular protrusion on the vertical axis of symmetry, below the horizontal axis of symmetry of the rear wall, connected by a flat ribbon to a pin with an annular collar, pressed into the rear wall, located on the vertical axis of symmetry below the cap. In addition, the rear part of the alarm siren has a projection placed on the lower side wall, in the plane of symmetry of the siren, with a small distance to the front wall, having a rounded lower surface, passing radially into the rear wall and a cylindrical through hole, as shown in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 5.
