Syrenka alarmowa Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 18 maja 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest syrenka alarmowa, zwlaszcza miniaturowa syrenka alarmowa. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac syrenki alarmowej przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii nadajaca syrence swoisty i oryginalny wyglad i zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zilustrowany jest na fotografiach na których fig. 1 przedstawia syrenke alarmowa w przykladzie wykonania, w widoku od przodu, w perspektywie, fig. 2 - syrenke jak na fig. 1 w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawia syrenke jak na fig. 1 w widoku od przodu, fig. 4 - syrenke jak na fig. 1 widoku od tylu, fig.5 - syrenke jak na fig. 1, w widoku od dolu. Syrenka alarmowa ma ksztalt usytuowanej poziomo beczki, przy czym na jej powierzchni bocznej rozmieszczone sa co 120° trzy wypuklosci, kazda o ksztalcie elipsy. Jedna z wypuklosci umieszczona jest na osi pionowej. Ponadto na powierzchni bocznej beczki umieszczone sa trzy wglebienia,kazde w ksztalcie elipsy. Wielkie srednice wypuklosci i wglebien sa wspólosiowe i czesciowo zachodza na siebie. Wglebienia usytuowane sa od strony tylnej scianki syrenki alarmowej i ich wierzcholki stykaja sie z tylna scianka. Po przeciwleglej stronie do górnej wypuklosci, na bocznej powierzchni beczki znajduje sie wystep w ksztalcie paraboli przechodzacej promieniowo w powierzchnie boczna beczki, majacy walcowy otwór. Wystep ten przesuniety jest w kierunku przedniej scianki, zas za wystepem, od strony tylnej scianki, na tej samej tworzacej umieszczony jest walcowy pierscien, jak to uwidoczniono na fotografiach fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig.5. W przedniej sciance beczki wykonany jest walcowy otwór, w którym umieszczony jest element w ksztalcie walca, majacy zaokraglona powierzchnie górna z centralnym okraglym otworem. Element w ksztalcie walca zamocowany jest wewnatrz otworu w przedniej sciance beczki za pomoca szesciu zeber, o ksztalcie wycinków kola, rozmieszczonych symetrycznie na jego obwodzie, jak to uwidoczniono na fotografiach fig. 1 i fig. 3. Tylna scianka jest nieznacznie wypukla. Na tylnej sciance, na pionowej osi symetrii, ponizej poziomej osi symetrii, umieszczony jest kapsel, w ksztalcie walca, polaczony plaska wstega z kolkiem, majacym pierscieniowy kolnierz, wcisnietym w tylna scianke, który to kolek umieszczony jest na pionowej osi symetrii powyzej kapsla, jak to uwidoczniono na fotografiach fig. 2 i fig. 4. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLAlarm Siren The right of registration for an ornamental design has been in effect since May 18, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is an alarm siren, particularly a miniature alarm siren. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the alarm siren, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving the siren a unique and original appearance and intended for aesthetic purposes. The subject of the ornamental design is illustrated in photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows an example of the alarm siren, viewed from the front, in perspective; Fig. 2 shows the siren as in Fig. 1, viewed from the side; Fig. 3 shows the siren as in Fig. 1, viewed from the front; Fig. 4 shows the siren as in Fig. 1, viewed from the back; Fig. 5 shows the siren as in Fig. 1, viewed from below. The alarm siren has the shape of a horizontally arranged barrel, with three convexities, each elliptical, spaced 120° apart on its lateral surface. One convexity is located on the vertical axis. Furthermore, the lateral surface of the barrel has three recesses, each elliptical. The large diameters of the convexities and recesses are coaxial and partially overlap. The recesses are located on the rear wall of the alarm siren, with their apexes in contact with the rear wall. Opposite the upper convexity, on the lateral surface of the barrel, is a parabolic projection extending radially into the lateral surface of the barrel, which has a cylindrical opening. This projection is offset towards the front wall, and behind the projection, on the rear wall, a cylindrical ring is placed on the same generatrix, as shown in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 5. A cylindrical opening is made in the front wall of the barrel, in which a cylindrical element is placed, having a rounded upper surface with a central circular opening. The cylindrical element is mounted inside the opening in the front wall of the barrel by six ribs, shaped like segments of a circle, arranged symmetrically around its circumference, as shown in photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 3. The rear wall is slightly convex. On the back wall, on the vertical axis of symmetry, below the horizontal axis of symmetry, there is a cylindrical cap connected by a flat ribbon to a pin with an annular collar pressed into the back wall, which pin is placed on the vertical axis of symmetry above the cap, as shown in photographs Fig. 2 and Fig. 4.
