Oplot wiklinowy butelki Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 28 marca 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest oplot wiklinowy butelki. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, zestawieniu splotów i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 - pokazano odmiane I oplotu w postaci oplotu pelnego, na fig. 2 i fig. 3 - odmiane II oplotu w postaci oplotu pelnego z okienkiem, odpowiednio w widoku z przodu i z tylu. Oplot wiklinowy butelki charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi go zestawienie róznych rodzajów splotów i pretów wiklinowych, które oplataja butelke na calej jej wysokosci. Wspólna cecha odmian oplotu jest jednakowe zakonczenie dolu oplotu w postaci zakonczenia osnowowego, nad którym utworzony jest splot wezykowy, zakonczenie góry oplotu splotem wezykowym w dwa prety i obcietymi podstawamioraz jednakowy material, z którego sa wykonane odmiany oplotu, w postaci pretów i splotów wiklinowych w naturalnym kolorze. Odmiana I oplotu charakteryzuje sie tym, ze powyzej dolnego splotu wezykowego oplot stanowi kolejno splot osnowowy równolegly, splot wezykowy w trzy prety i splot krzyzowy. Odmiana II oplotu rózni sie od odmiany I jedynie tym, ze ma wyciety czesciowo splot osnowowy równolegly. Wycieta powierzchnia stanowi okienko na etykiete. PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design for a bottle is valid from March 28, 2001. The decorative design covers the bottle's wicker braid. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, weave arrangement, and color. The decorative design is shown in the attached photographs, which show Fig. 1 - variant I of the braid, a full braid, and Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 - variant II of the braid, a full braid with a window, in front and back views, respectively. The bottle's wicker braid is characterized by a combination of different types of weaves and wicker rods that encircle the bottle along its entire height. The common feature of the braid varieties is the identical ending at the bottom of the braid in the form of a warp ending, above which a webbing weave is created, the ending at the top of the braid in a webbing weave with two rods and cut bases, and the identical material from which the braid varieties are made, in the form of rods and wicker weaves in a natural color. Braid variety I is characterized by the fact that above the lower webbing weave, the braid consists of a parallel warp weave, a three-rod webbing weave, and a cross weave. Braid variety II differs from variety I only in that it has a partially cut-out parallel warp weave. The cut-out surface provides a window for the label. PL PL PL
