Description

W ostatnich czasach zwiazki bizmutowe nabraly wielkiego znaczenia w lecznictwie. Do wytwarzaniia emulsyj nadaja sie szczególnie sole bizmutowe wyzszych kwa¬ sów tluszczowych. Rozczyn* osuszo¬ ny wyzarzona sola glauberska i przesaczo¬ ny^ miesza sie z 4 czesciami oleju oliwnego i oddestylowuje eter najprzód przy cisnie¬ niu zfwyklem, a nastepnie w prózni. 0- trzymuje s&e btate, dosc ciezko plynne, trwale emulsje z zawartoscia 4% bizmutu.Przyklad II. 1 czesc soli bizmutowej dwu.jodku kwasu taririnowego rozpuszcza sie w 5 czesciach eteru. Zamiast 5 czesci eteru mozna wziac takze 10—15 czesci) ben- zolu lub 10 czesci eteru naftowego. Roz- czyn, wysuszony wyzarzona sola glauber- ska i przesaczony, miesza sie z 4 czesciami oleju oliwnego i oddestylowtije eter, wzglednie benzol lub eter naftowy, naj¬ przód przy cisnieniu zwyklem, a nastepnie w prózni'. Otrzymuje sie jasnozólte, dez- koplynne, trwlale emulsje z zawartoscia o- kolo 2% bizmutu.Przyklad III. 1 czesc soli bizmutowej kwasu linolowego rozpuszcza sie w 15 cze¬ sciach eteru. Wysuszony i przesaczony rozczyn miesza sie z 4 czesciami oleju mig¬ dalowego i oddestylowane eter najprzód przy cisnieniu zwyklem, a nastepnie w prózni. Otrzymuje sie jaisnoizólte, ciezko- plynne trwale emulsje z zawartoscia okolo 4% bizmutu. PLIn recent times, bismuth compounds have gained great importance in medicine. For their beneficial use, preparations are needed that contain these compounds in a dissolved or finely mixed state, and can be used intravenously and parenterally. For subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, emulsions of insoluble bismuth compounds have proved to be particularly advantageous. It has been found that stable, oily emulsions of bismuth salts can be obtained by dissolving bismuth salts of fatty acids in suitable organic dissolving agents, followed by mixing these solutions with oil and finally distilling off the organic dissolving agent. The emulsions thus obtained do not release any deposits even after prolonged standing. The bismuth compounds are constantly mixed with the oil most thoroughly, so that these emulsions can be easily injected and well absorbed. The bismuth salts of the higher fatty acids are especially suitable for the preparation of emulsions. As an emulsifying agent, natural oils can be used, as well as synthetic fatty acid esters and mineral oils. German Patent No. 346507 describes the production of mercury salt solutions in oils and fats in which the salts are dissolved. in a volatile dissolving agent, the liquor is mixed with fat, and finally the volatile dissolving sore is removed * From the backwash of Minor, the first difference described in the German patent is that it refers to mercury salts. the preparation of solutions of mercury salts in oils and fat, whereas in the present process the ultimate goal is the preparation of permanent emails. From the method according to the patent No. 246507, that is, the preservation of mercury salts, dissolving in oils and fats, it was not ignored that bismuth salts give stable emulsions. I. 1 part by weight okimami fózmutoii | e | ^ y ^ pU9 is combined in 10-15 parts by weight of ether. The dilution, the dried, annealed Glauber's salt and the filtered one, is mixed with 4 parts of olive oil and the ether is distilled first by usual pressure and then under vacuum. For the sweet olive oil, you can also use almond or paraffin oil. 0- holds s & e btates, quite liquid, stable emulsions with 4% bismuth. Example II. 1 part of the bismuth salt of tartirinic acid di-iodide is dissolved in 5 parts of ether. Instead of 5 parts of ether, you can also take 10-15 parts of petrol or 10 parts of petroleum ether. The leaven, dried, annealed Glauber salt and filtered, is mixed with 4 parts of olive oil and distilled ether, or benzol or petroleum ether, first under ordinary pressure and then under vacuum. A light yellow, dc-liquid, stable emulsion with a bismuth content of about 2% is obtained. Example III. 1 part of linoleic acid bismuth salt is dissolved in 15 parts of ether. The dried and filtered solution is mixed with 4 parts of almond oil and the ether distilled first under normal pressure and then under vacuum. Light yellow, heavy-liquid, stable emulsions with a bismuth content of about 4% are obtained. PL
