Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oprawa z wymiennymi panelami stosowana, zwlaszcza w energooszczednych systemach oswietleniowych. Oprawa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawiona jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig 1 przedstawia oprawe w widoku perspektywicznym. Oprawa charakteryzuje sie nowa oryginalna postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz w barwie Ksztalt to odwrócony ostroslup sciety, przelotowy, w którym róznica powierzchni podstawy górnej wiekszej w odniesieniu do powierzchni podstawy dolnej mniejszej jest niewielka. Ponadto wszystkie sciany ostroslupa sa stopniowane i kolorowe, przy czym stopnie ulozone sa poziomo i maja niewielki uskok, a kolor jest zblizony do koloru naturalnego drewna. Dodatkowo, w miejscu podstawy mniejszej oprawa ma umieszczony, charakterystyczny panel wymienny, równiez przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 2 oraz z rama na zalaczonej kolorowej odbitce fig. 3. Panel podobnie jak oprawa ma postac przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i kolorystyce, przy czym panel ma ksztalt drewnianej ramy, podzielonej przegroda w ksztalcie krzyza na cztery jednakowe czesci, kolor ramy i przegrody jest taki sam. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: ksztalt i kolor oprawy oraz umieszczony w oprawie panele sa w stosunku do znanych opraw nowe i oryginalne, wczesniej w takiej postaci nie stosowane. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w odmianie pierwszej, przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 4 oraz na zalaczonej kolorowej odbitce fig. 5. Odmiana trzecia wzoru ma postac metalowej ramy umieszczanej w oprawie wedlug zalaczonego rysunku fig. 1, przy czym rama wedlug odmiany trzeciej utworzona jest z jednakowych metalowych pretów, tworzacych rame wlasciwa jak i dzielacych jej plaszczyzne wewnetrzna na osiem jednakowych czesci. Rama w calosci ma kolor zloty. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a luminaire with replaceable panels, used particularly in energy-efficient lighting systems. The luminaire, according to the industrial design, is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the luminaire in a perspective view. The luminaire is characterized by a new, original form, manifested in its shape and color. The shape is an inverted, truncated, through-pyramid, in which the difference in the surface area of the larger upper base compared to the smaller lower base is small. Furthermore, all the pyramid's walls are stepped and colored, with the steps arranged horizontally and slightly offset, and the color is similar to that of natural wood. Additionally, the smaller base of the fixture features a distinctive, replaceable panel, also shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2, and with the frame in the attached color print, Fig. 3. The panel, like the fixture, has a form that manifests itself in shape and color. The panel is shaped like a wooden frame, divided into four equal parts by a cross-shaped partition; the color of the frame and partition is the same. The essential features of the industrial design: the shape and color of the fixture, as well as the panels within the fixture, are new and original compared to known fixtures, never used in this form before. The subject of the industrial design in its first variant is shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 4, and in the attached colour print, Fig. 5. The first variant of the design is the above-mentioned frame, which has a panel in the form of a stained glass window in the shape of a metal frame with a cross-shaped partition dividing the interior of the frame into four equal parts, wherein the frame has double sides in the shape of elongated rectangles and at the corners in the form of small squares, with sides equal to the shorter sides of the rectangles. Furthermore, the double sides are filled with coloured rectangular and square inserts. The panel frame is close to gold, and the double side inserts are blue with accentuated shades. The industrial design in its second form is shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 6, and in the attached color print, Fig. 7. The second form of the design takes the form of the frame specified above, which has a stained glass panel in the shape of a metal frame, which has a metal partition and an image placed centrally within the frame. The image is placed at the intersection of the arms of the cross dividing the interior of the frame into four equal parts. Additionally, the image has the same external shape as the frame but is rotated 90 degrees to the right. Furthermore, the image field is divided into four parts: two identical rectangles and two squares, with the squares' areas varying in size. The stained glass window frame, the cross dividing the interior of the frame, and the stained glass window are gold; the frame fill and the larger square of the image are blue with shades; the rectangles and the smaller square of the image are light yellow. The industrial design in its third form is shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 8, and in the attached color print, Fig. 9. The third form of the design is a metal frame placed in a frame as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1. The frame in the third form is made of identical metal rods, forming the frame itself and dividing its interior surface into eight identical parts. The frame is gold throughout.
