Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest medal – wystepujacy w trzech odmianach, majacych wspólne cechy istotne. Sa to: medal zloty, medal srebrny i medal brazowy. Poszczególne odmiany od- róznia jedynie ich kolor. Cechy istotne wzoru przejawiaja sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów gra- ficznych. Wzór posiada jedynie awers, bez rewersu. W centralnej czesci wzoru widnieja napisane wiel- kimi literami slowa „GOOD SPIRIT” (slowo „SPIRIT” znajduje sie pod slowem „GOOD”), przy czym GOOD napisane jest mniejsza czcionka. Okreslenie „GOOD SPIRIT” oddzielaja od pozostalej czesci wzoru dwie poziome linie, przy czym linie górna przerywa slowo „GOOD”. W górnej czesci wzoru wid- nieja slowa „WYBÓR PROFESJONALISTÓW”, tworzace luk wzdluz krawedzi medalu. Ponizej central- nego napisu „GOOD SPIRIT” znajduje sie napis Forum Technologii Alkoholi Mocnych, napisany mniej- sza czcionka – tekst jest zapisany w formie pionowej listy, gdzie kazde slowo znajduje sie jedno pod drugim. Z lewej strony tekstu, na calej jego wysokosci, znajduje sie wizualizacja kolumny rektyfikacyjnej – podluznego, wyprofilowanego u góry w ostra krawedz, kotla. Z jego lewej strony, w polowie wysokosci, znajduje sie wizualizacja zaworu wraz z odchodzaca od niej cienka rura, skierowana ku dolowi. Od góry kotla, na jego ostro zakonczonym czubku, w prawa strone odchodzi inna rura, której zakonczenie wpi- sane jest w pierwsza litere slowa „Forum”. W dolnej czesci, medalu wedlug wzoru, znajduja sie trzy romboidalne elementy graficzne powtarzajace luk wzdluz dolnej krawedzi wzoru. Description of the Industrial Design The industrial design is a medal – available in three varieties with common essential features: a gold medal, a silver medal, and a bronze medal. The individual varieties are distinguished only by their color. The essential features of the design are reflected in its shape and the arrangement of graphic elements. The design has only an obverse, without a reverse. In the central part of the design, the words "GOOD SPIRIT" appear in capital letters (the word "SPIRIT" appears under the word "GOOD"), with GOOD written in smaller font. The term "GOOD SPIRIT" is separated from the rest of the design by two horizontal lines, the upper line interrupted by the word "GOOD." At the top of the design, the words "PROFESSIONALS' CHOICE" appear, forming an arc along the edge of the medal. Below the central inscription "GOOD SPIRIT" is the inscription "Forum Technologii Alkoholi Mocnych" (Forum of Strong Alcohol Technology), written in a smaller font – the text is written in the form of a vertical list, with each word appearing one below the other. To the left of the text, along its full height, is a visualization of a rectification column – an elongated boiler, profiled at the top with a sharp edge. To the left of the boiler, halfway up, is a visualization of a valve with a thin pipe extending from it, pointing downwards. From the top of the boiler, at its pointed tip, another pipe extends to the right, its tip inscribed in the first letter of the word "Forum." In the lower part of the medal, following the design, are three rhomboidal graphic elements repeating the arc along the lower edge of the design.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku zbiorczym, na któ- rym: fig. 1 – przedstawia medal w kolorze zlotym, fig. 2 – przedstawia medal w kolorze srebrnym, a fig. 3 – przedstawia medal w kolorze brazowym. Wzór otoczony jest uwypuklonym konturem.The industrial design is shown in the attached summary drawing, which shows: Fig. 1 – a gold medal, Fig. 2 – a silver medal, and Fig. 3 – a bronze medal. The design is surrounded by a raised outline.
