Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest maska wyswietlacza zegara. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia nowa postac maski wyswietlacza, w którym cyfry lub wskazówki zostaly zastapione slowami polskimi z dodatkiem czterech kropek lub kresek. Maski wyswietlaczy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyrózniaja sie tym, ze na gladkiej powierzchni czworokata z ciemniejszym tlem wyswietlane sa jasne slowa podajace czas w jezyku polskim. Zaleta maski wyswietlacza zegara o oryginalnym wygladzie jest zaspokojenie potrzeb estetycznych uzytkowników. PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The subject of the industrial design is a clock display mask. The aesthetic effect is provided by a new form of the display mask, in which the numerals or hands have been replaced with Polish words and the addition of four dots or dashes. Display masks based on the industrial design are distinguished by the fact that on a smooth quadrangular surface with a darker background, bright words indicating the time in Polish are displayed. The advantage of the clock display mask with its original appearance is that it satisfies the aesthetic needs of users. The manifestations of industrial design creativity that define the essence of the subject design are fully demonstrated in the drawing figures, which constitute an integral part of the application and, together with the design description, illustrate the features essential to the scope of the sought legal protection. The display in variants is shown in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows a display provided with a quadrangular mask with words and four lines under the words, Fig. 2 – the display in the variant of Fig. 1, with a blue surface, Fig. 3 – the display in the variant of Fig. 1, with a brown surface, Fig. 4 – the display in the variant of Fig. 1, with sharp corners, Fig. 5 – the display in the variant of Fig. 1, with a red surface, Fig. 6 – the display in the variant of Fig. 1, with a turquoise surface, Fig. 7 – the display in the variant of Fig. 1, in which the mask has dots under the words, Fig. 8 – the display in the variant of Fig. 1, with a burgundy surface, Fig. 9 – the display in the variant of Fig. 1, with a yellow, while Fig. 10 shows the display in a variation of Fig. 1, in which the mask has dots under the words and sharp corners. As shown in the drawing, the pattern presented in the variations has a specific appearance given to it by the features listed below: all variations of the clock display mask have a darker background than the illuminated Polish words used in colloquial language to specify the time on the clock, arranged in several rows within a quadrangle, with slight differences in the individual variations: in variation I – the display has four lines centrally under the words, as shown in Fig. 1; in variation II – the display has four lines centrally under the words and blue surfaces, as shown in Fig. 2; in variation III – the display has four lines centrally under the words and brown surfaces, as shown in Fig. 3; in variant IV – the display has four lines centrally under the words and sharp corners, as shown in Fig. 4; in variant V – the display has four lines centrally under the words and red-colored areas, as shown in Fig. 5; in variant VI – the display has four lines centrally under the words and turquoise-colored areas, as shown in Fig. 6; in variant VII – the display has four dots centrally under the words, as shown in Fig. 7; in variant VIII – the display has four lines centrally under the words and burgundy-colored areas, as shown in Fig. 8, in variant IX – the display has four lines centrally under the words and yellow-colored areas, as shown in Fig. 9, in the X variant – the display has four dots centrally under the words and sharp corners, as shown in Fig. 10. The clock display mask is made in the form of an industrial design, designated with claimed essential features, and has a specific and original appearance.
