Description of the Industrial Design The subject of the industrial design is a plastering disc for smoothing cement-lime surfaces, used in construction finishing works.

Uzycie krazka zapewnia uzyskanie równej i gladkiej powierzchni tynku. Using a disc ensures an even and smooth plaster surface.

Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. The essence of a design is a new and individual form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes and materials.

Krazek tynkarski do zacierania tynków cementowo-wapiennych i uzyskiwania gladkiej po- wierzchni, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, jest wytwarzany z wysoko utwardzonych materialów spienionych, glównie z twardego i odpornego na uszkodzenia mechaniczne styropianu. The plastering disc for smoothing cement-lime plasters and obtaining a smooth surface, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of highly hardened foamed materials, mainly hard and resistant to mechanical damage polystyrene.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 – pokazuje krazek w widoku ogólnym z góry i z boku, uwidoczniony od strony wglebien w jego powierzchni, natomiast fig. 2 – prezentuje krazek w widoku ogólnym z przymocowanymi do jego po- wierzchni we wglebieniach rzepami, których powierzchnie z petelkami sa skierowane na zewnatrz, do- laczenia sie z haczykami rzepów przymocowanych do powierzchni urzadzenia zacierajacego. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 – shows a general view of the disc from above and from the side, visible from the side of the recesses in its surface, while Fig. 2 – shows a general view of the disc with Velcro fasteners attached to its surface in the recesses, the surfaces with loops facing outwards, engaging with the hooks of the Velcro fasteners attached to the surface of the effacing device.
